Gen 1 Rate My True RBY Netbattle Team

Exeggutor
Sleep Powder
Stun Spore
Psychic
Explosion

Well Exeggutor leads are pretty cool VS Gengar leads (If the don't use Hypnosis or Explosion). Sleep Powder cause its awesome. Stun Spore is also awesome (Yeah paralizing Chansey is a bad idea). Psychic is for stab and to take advantage of Eggy's hight Special Stat. And Explosion is here when Eggy is ready to comit suicide. If your smart with Eggy you should always take out at least 2 Poke'mon.

Starmie
Surf
Blizzard
Thunderbolt
Psychic

Starmie is an awesome Poke'mon in Late Game or Beggining the match. Starmie is cool. The only thing The Deathstar has to wory about is Chansey and being Parylized.

Softboiled
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Sing

Best Poke'mon to take Special Hits in RBY Hands down. Chansey is here to freeze Poke'mon and to do that the best way is to get Chansey paralized so she can be immuned to Freeze,Sleep, and Poison.

Rhydon
Substitute
Rock Slide
Earthquake
Body Slam

Rhydon looks so dam cool. Well its obivious Rhydon fears Special hits so he can hide behind a Sub to attack or just attack on the switch. Body Slam is here to Paralize Starmies and everthing else not named Chansey

Confuse Ray
Explosion
Thunderbolt
Psychic

Ahh the best and oly useable Ghost Poke'mon in RBY. Well Gengar is here to block Bodyslamers and send them to hell with Psychic or Tbolt. Confuse Ray is well to cause switchs and hit something on the switch when Gengar's HP is low its time to blow up.

Blizzard
Body Slam
Earthquake
Hyper Beam

Tauros is what is calisefed as a late game sweeper he is here to slaiugher those crippled parylized Poke'mon with its awesome Body Slam or finsih weakend Poke'mon off with Hyper Beam. Earthquake is for an additonal attack and Blizzard is to take care of Rhydon and Golem.

1. That's not Deathstar.
2. Completely generic, boring, uncreative, boggiest of the bogs, etc.
3. No need uninformative descriptions.
4. Hydro Pump on Starmie is a better option that every bog/standard/generic RBY player foregos for some stupid reason.

Well, consider dropping psychic for recover, since there is no other way to recover damage in RBY besides rest. Also, choose either blizzard or surf/hydro pump. The standard is blizzard, since it's effective against more things. Your team lacks paralyze moves, only stun spore on eggy is not enough. Consider using twave here. Standard = recover, tbolt, twave, blizzard.

Softboiled
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Sing

Best Poke'mon to take Special Hits in RBY Hands down. Chansey is here to freeze Poke'mon and to do that the best way is to get Chansey paralized so she can be immuned to Freeze,Sleep, and Poison.

Again, you could drop sing for twave, which is the standard. You could use gengar as a second sleeper. However, sing can suprise your opponent, it's up to you. Also, use blizzard (accuracy is 90% on RBY) instead of ice beam. Standard = blizzard, tbolt, twave, softboiled.

Confuse ray isn't as useful as it may sound - drop it for hypnosis. Choose between psychic and mega drain to counter rhydon/golem more properly. Gengar propurse is put something to sleep and then explode - so mega drain could be useful against rocks. Don't remember the standard.

Standard

Overall: pretty standard pokes, which is difficult to run away in RBY. If you are using gengar, use it as the leader. Eggy is a good lead too against a leading kazam, but it loses to gengar (most of them carry hypnosis).

I't s my first try rating teams, so feel free to delete the post if it's too bad.

1). starmie needs recover for kazam/starmie, starmie/starmie, and random special attacker/starmie wars.

2). not enough status on this team. You lead with Eggy, who isn't exactly that great of a starter. Common starters are usually faster than Eggy (Kazam, Gengar, Venusaur, Jynx) and can status Eggy before Eggy statuses them. And considering you have no other status'ing, if you let Exeggutor get Slept early on, you're kinda screwed. Then, assuming that, you're switching on the first turn, and letting someone take a status for no reason (if it's a paralysis, then chansey is a good switch, but what if its sleep? With only knowing 1 out of his 6 pokemon you now have to decide which of your pokemon to let take a sleep. Not a good idea).
