You guys have probably missed all of the UU Tournaments lately. Well I was thinking about the days on GSBot when "tiers" did not exist. We all made "fun" teams. These teams usually consisted of pokemon in the borderline tier. I think borderline pokemon are far more fun to play with. So this is a RBY Boderline Tournament.


Rules

• No GSC Tradebacks
• No OHKO moves (No Horn Drill, Fissure, or Guillotine)
• No Evasion moves (No Double Team or Minimize)
