No way to be certain (and Smogon does not allow the trade of Pokemon bred from hacked parents either, so there wouldn't be much point anyways), but editing the ball of a spitback Male would be pretty damn stupid.

No, you can't edit IVs. It's like forcing shininess, which is also illegal. Agonist , I just checked the rules section and it didn't appear that changing IVs was explicitly mentioned, maybe that should be added? Apologies if I misread or minimodded :/ pls don't infract

You can't, unless you can cross-reference the 'mon with a previously existing version (which is barely applicable).

That's a legit Ditto for as far as I can see. Dittos can be caught [RNG Abused] in the Giant Chasm (BW + B2W2) with any nature and flawless stats.

Those are EVs, stats tell very little (especially at low levels) and you've made a mistake with the stats of Jirachi and Victini.
To calculate EVs:

if you do not know the EVs you can check by saving and using a Reset Bag in Super Training (reset to get both EVs and the Reset Bag back).

IVs are not optional, use an IV calculator like Metalkids or use google to find another one, I notice you recieved a VM last month explaining a very basic way to check certain IVs (it's not good enough for this thread, use a proper calculator to find all of them) and you didn't even do that.

Only 4 natures are possible for 31/31/31/31/31/31 Pokemon caught in generations 3 & 4 (exceptions below). These natures are calm, docile, modest, and timid.

Darkrai is hacked. And I'm pretty sure latias is hacked too.

Yup Latias is hacked too, there are NO hex-flawless spreads for Relaxed.
