Just to add, reverting isn't an option for trade here; once something's hacked, you can't hack it more to 'fix' it.
If you know (or have good reason to believe) it's modified then don't trade it. You can keep it as a trinket in your collection if you really want, but I'd probably release so you don't accidentally trade it later.

Just looks like a crappy reset. The Rayquaza wasn't a hack, it's OT was just wasn't valid so it triggered hack filters {SGSummer'15 if im not mistaken}. That's the reason newer events have come with the OT Manesh. Where it came from is probably the biggest question, but since it has its ribbon it's probably not from somewhere sketchy like gts or wondertrade.
It's a crappy reset because I received the event as is just to grab the info needed for the spreadsheet. Was not received in a trade. If it is legit and not a hacked event I'll soft reset for it at some point.
Just to clear this up:
People cannot tell you that a Pokémon is legitimate here. To do that, they would literally need to be there, watching you obtaining the Pokémon yourself (and be 100% certain it wasn't a ROM hack or anything else). Heck, even if it's a Pokémon which I'd reset myself, that doesn't mean the copy you received didn't have (for example) it's SID changed by some hilarious hacker.
We can say if something appears legal based on the information asked for in the form.
Checkers; please don't say something is legitimate. Askers, please don't ask.

I'm gonna quote .Com here as a disclaimer
But it appears to be a tsv hatched shiny greninja.
So do you believe it is legit? I'm sorry, I'm unfamiliar with what "tsv" is.
Appears legal. No way to tell if someone modified nature, IVs, Ball, etc. But it's certainly possible and not particularly difficult to obtain.

Well if you read my quote from .com...I can't say it's legit because I didn't breed it.
TSV (trainer shiny value) is a number generated in every save file (between 0000 and 4095). When you breed an egg it has an ESV(egg shiny value). If the ESV matches your TSV you get a shiny.
It's possible to find out all these hidden numbers, and then trade an egg to someone with a matching TSV and they hatch the egg shiny. The fact that your greninja was obtained from link trade, points to this.

The region is probably the only thing that jumps out to me. There is now way to obtain a Mewtwo in Johto. Unless the location changes when it transfers?
The "Johto" location is given to every Pokémon that comes from HeartGold/SoulSilver (the "Kanto" one is for the ones that come from FireRed/LeafGreen), so that's irrelevant.
The Mewtwo itself is a hack; everything with its OT (Alessia) are known for being flimsy hacks back then when Pokécheck was up.

The Terrakion I'm not sure about but this Landorus has been traded on Pokecommunity, Azurriland, and even here by user Pikaflame43. I would be wary to trade for it but if the mods didn't say anything about it before it's probably safe.
