    Sigilyph (F) Falsefalcon
Nature: Modest (-1 rank in attack, +1 rank in special attack)

    Type: Psychic/Flying
Psychic: Psychic STAB; less susceptible to blinding, more susceptible to sound-based assaults as far as locking on with Psychic attacks, can lift and throw opponents with Psychic attacks regardless of weight difference. Psychic-type attacks are not godlike and cannot be used as a catchall for Disabling, Binding, and redirecting opposing attacks.
Flying: Flying STAB; immunity to Ground attacks outside extremely odd circumstances even for ground-based flying Pokemon. Enhanced aerial mobility. Superior senses in open air arenas.

    Abilities:
Ability 1: Wonder Skin: (Innate) The Pokemon's skin has an agent that heaviliy resists attempts to change its composition. It rejects burn, paralysis, poison, and sleep attempts by non-damaging attacks, halving their accuracy.
Ability 2: Magic Guard: (Innate) This Pokemon is infused with a powerful psycho-electric energy that makes it immune to damage from Hail, Sandstorm, and damage from Leech Seed, Poisoning, and Burn. It can still attack itself in confusion, but will not absorb any damage from it. Additionally, the energy protects the Pokemon from its own reckless recoil attacks.
Ability 3: Tinted Lens: (Innate, DW not yet unlocked) When this Pokemon uses an attack that is normally not very effective, that attack is calculated at the next highest resisrance modifier. (e.g. 4x resistance is calculated at 2x, 2x resistance becomes neutral).

When struck with an Electric attack, they tranfer the energy into their body, using it to increase their Special Attack by one (1) stage. A boost gained this way by an opponent's attack will be maintained at the end of each round. Self-targeted attacks do not maintain boosts.
Ability 2: Motor Drive: (innate) This Pokemon nullifies any electrical attack damage and converts the energy from any electrical attack (inc. Thunder Wave) into an energy source that allows it to boost its speed by one (1) level. A boost gained this way by an opponent's attack will be maintained at the end of each round. Self-targeted attacks do not maintain boosts.
Ability 3: Sap Sipper (DW, not yet unlocked, innate) This Pokemon lives on a steady diet of plants and has developed defenses to every Grass-type attack. Lets go Hyperion and Chai! Using the EC it gets upon being sent out, I'll use 20% of his energy to evolve Chai into a Tomohawk!

    "Go, Falsefalcon and Farce!

It seems you have made the wrong choice for an evolution, but whatever.

Farce, Flame Charge @ Metang! Then use Hidden Power at Tomohawk, and Shock Wave him!

If Metang uses Earthquake, use Protect!

Falsefalcon, use Reflect, then use Hidden Power on Metang! Finish by using Air Slash on Tomohawk!

If Tomohawk decides to Taunt you turn 1, shut him up with Psychic instead!"

In retrospect, I may of, but I'm just to eager to use a tomohawk. Besides, atleast now chai has some offense...

Alright Chai, Start off with a Taunt against Falsefalcon! I know that psychic will hurt, but its better than him getting up a reflect. From there, go ahead and Yawn against Farce, put that little zebra to sleep. Finish the round with an Aura Sphere against farce

Taunt (Falsefalcon)- Yawn (farce) - aura sphere (farce)

As for you Hyperion, start out with a Magnet Rise, that flame charge may hurt, but that hidden power would hurt more. Follow it up with a Zen Headbutt against farce, followed by a Meteor Mash against falsefalcon.

Magnet Rise - Zen Headbutt (farce)- Meteor Mash (falsefalcon)

rewindman started the battle by sending out Chai the Scratchet, and Hyperion the Metang. Tortferngatr responds by sending out FalseFalcon the Sigilyph and Farce the Blitzle. immediately, Chai stats the battle by changing his form into a mighty Tomohawk. Both trainers marvel at the amazing transformation, and then continue to order their actions. The Tomohawk starts to Taunt FalseFalcon, making fun of him and swearing. The Sigilyph becomes so mad that it uses all of its metal power to bring down Chai onto a heap on the floor. Then farce begins to charge at Hyperion the Metang, his face full of flames. As he is running, he runs into a tile that gives him even more speed. The Metang is hit with immense imapct and is also hurt from the heat. He responds by using the magnetic poles to lift himself off the ground, protecting him from further attacks on the ground.

Chai starts the second action by yawning at the slow pace of the battle. Farce seems to get caught by the Yawn, and get's drowsier. He responds by sending an icy beam of power at Chai, but it fails to affect the fighter's tough muscles. FalseFalcon uses her own Hidden Power to smack Hyperion with a powerful attack. Hyperion responded by using his own mind to ram into Farce, making sure to put all his effort into it.

Farce started by sending a Shock wave through Chai, zapping him onto the ground. Chai responded by finding Farce's weak aura, and targeting with such impact that Farce was sent flying backwards, crashing into the wall. FalseFalcon attempted to use the air to send Chai flying, but he was unable to control it properly, so it missed. Suddenly, there was a crash from the ceiling above. A meteorite entered the arena, and smacked FalseFalcon, leaving him injured on the ground. Tortferngatr looked worried at the Sigilyph, hoping it would be okay...

Just pointing out, since sigilyph's hidden power was ground type, doesn't that mean that it shouldn't have effected Hyperion after he used magnet rise?

    Anyway,
Hyperion I want you to start things off with an Earthquake in order to handle Blitzel! Follow it up with a Zen Headbut and finish it with one final Earthquake! However, If blitzel protects your earthquake, then attack Sigilyph with a Meteor Mash instead! If Blitzel is already KO'd, then replace your remaining actions with Meteor mash agaist Sigilyph instead.

Earthquake - Zenn Headbutt - Earthquake
Replace Earthquake with meteor mash against sigilyph if it protects, if it is ko'd replace all remaining actions with meteor mash

    Chai:
Alright Chai, Start off with an Aura Sphere against Blitzle, followed by a

Chai, keep up offensive pressure! Use Aura Sphere against Blitze, followed it up with a Roost in order to heal off some damage. Finish it off with another Aura Sphere against Blitzle!
If Blitzle protects the first aurasphere, then try to use Yawn against Sigilyph, hopefully it will work. If blitzle is KO'd, direct that aurasphere to your other oponent@!

    Aura Sphere
(Blitzle)- Roost - Aura Sphere (Blitzle)
Replace first aurasphere with yawn if Blitzle protects.

Given it WAS that way when rewindman issued his orders, I'd agree about Magnet Rise. At least this time.

Falsefalcon started the battle by focusing all of her mental power on Chai. Chai began to feel toughts in here mind that tormented her. FalseFalcon's Psychic abilities were truly amazing. Chai responded by targeting Farse's aura once more, hitting it with a sphere of power. Farce, who did not enjoy the pain, covered his body with electricity and rammed into Chai, who was pained severly by its jolt. The jolt caused her to become paralyszed, making her much slower. Hyperion decided to sumon an Earthquake in the ground to make the Blitzle fall into a small crevice. The two flyers however, did not seem to mind the trouble going on down on the ground.

FalseFalcon, who now had more control of the air, slashed Chai with it, causing his muscles much pain, although they were still suffering from the paralysis. The Yawn from before had caused Farce to fall into a Deep Sleep, so he was unable to attack. Taking advatage of this, Hyperion used all of his mental focus to ram his head into the sleeping Blitzle. Chai decided to rest his weary muscles, and came down in a roost upon the floor.

Sigilyph decided to fire another Psychic at Chai, and he bearely managed to hang on. Metang decided to create yet another Earthquake, that finished off the poor, sleeping, Blitzle. The Earthquake also managed to destroy the entire floor, leaving the arena to be the destroyed buuilding. Chai, in his weak state, managed to find FalseFalcon's aura, and it was hit with significant power, but it didn't look like he would last long.

Chai started the battle with his Prankster sense to begin to Taunt Sigilyph, causing him to become very mad. However, Chai's muscles were to weak from the paralysis, that he was not able to accomplish his goal. FalseFalcon, happy and the weakened Tomohawk, finished him off with a Psychic, throwing apart the delicate state his mind was in. Hyperion avenged his lost teammate my using him powerful hands to mash FalseFalcon into the ground.

FalseFalcon used the shadows all around to create a ball of energy that rammed into the Metang. The pain was flying across its body, but Hyperion managed to used its solid head, to headbutt FalseFalcon, significantly hurting him.

FalseFalcon attacked Hyperion once more, using his Hidden Power to damage it for a significant amount. Hyperion was unable to understand FalseFalcon's Hidden Power, so simply mashed FalseFalcon into the ground once more, leaving him pained on the ground. With pokemon down one teammate, and reaching their limit, who will be able to pull through and win the battle??!

Alright Hyperion, this is gonna be a close one! I want you to take advantage of the stage this time! Step on a tile (pointing in the direction of your opponent) in order to fly forward and hit with an extra powerful Meteor Mash! Step on another tile, once again in the same direction as sigilyph in order to perform another powerful Meteor Mash! Hopefully the extra damage from the monentum will be enough to take him down! If it is still not down, finish things off with an Iron Head! However, if he reflects, replace that last action with another Meteor Mash

Meteor Mash - Meteor Mash - Iron Head
Replace last Iron Head with Meteor Mash if reflect is up

As the movespam energy penalty extends across rounds, you've just expended 42 energy and will be forced to chill next round. Have a nice day."

FalseFalcon started by using Reflect to weaken the power of Hyperion's incoming attacks. The Reflect was a strong barricade that would stop severe damage from attacks. However, it did not stop Hyperion from ramming his hand into FalseFalcon's face, crushing him onto the ground.

Hyperion came to finish FalseFalcon with a Meteor Mash, but FalseFalcon managed to Protect himself, leaving him unscarred. Hyperion began to get tired from the repeated uses of Meteor Mash, but his trainer did not seem to mind.

Hyperion came down with one more Meteor Mash, but this the Reflect absorbed some of the blow, and left FalseFalcon healthy enough to attack Hyperion with his Hidden Power. Hyperion lay there tired, as he tried to think of a way to finish off FalseFalcon.

Looks like you're really tired out Metang... Start out with a Chill while he roosts, followed by a Scary face in order to reduce that speed then an Iron Head, going for the flinch.

With both pokemon getting low on HP and energy, both FalseFalcon and Hyperion decided to rest. FlaseFalcon landed onto the ground, to roost while, Hyperion just chilled to gain back some energy. The tow pokemon thought about what they would do next, hoping that the other would make a mistake. FalseFalcon decided to use his hidden power once more, and Hyperion was struck by the powerful attack, that clearly had found a way to penetrate his strong body. He responded by looking at FalseFalcon with an extremely scary look, causing him to become much slower. Hyperion followed that up with an Iron Head that caused the poor Sigilyph to flinch, unable to use his Hidden Power. With both pokemon almost KOed, either side could win!!

Heh, not much left to do. Lead with a Zenn Headbutt, Hopefully we can do some flinching, followed by an Iron Head! If you have any energy left in the end, try using Metal Claw, but if not, just struggle. Try to land on the conveyer belts in order to propel yourself forward

With FalseFalcon slower, Hyperion attempted to hit him with a powerful Zen Headdbutt, focusing all his mind power. However, even with all of the focus, Hyperion missed the attack, and hit the wall instead. FalseFalcon took the opportunity to attack Hyperion with is Hidden Power, KOing him immediately. Tortferngatr smiled victoriously, as he walked way with his pokemon.
