Overview
########

Rhyperior is the epitome of a tank in the UU metagame; its high Attack, Defense, and HP combined with a great defensive ability in Solid Rock allow it to take almost any hit the tier has to offer - even with its unfortunate 4x weaknesses to Water and Grass. However, its paltry Special Defense and Speed makes it hard for Rhyperior to sweep, even though it has access to boosting moves such as Rock Polish and Swords Dance. Instead, it's better suited as a supportive attacker with Stealth Rock, or as a wallbreaker with its Assault Vest and Choice Band sets. In this role, it still faces competition from Swampert, but it distinguishes itself with its higher damage output and different set of resistances.

Tank
########
name: Tank
move 1: Stealth Rock
move 2: Earthquake
move 3: Rock Blast / Stone Edge
move 4: Roar / Megahorn / Toxic
ability: Solid Rock
item: Leftovers
evs: 248 HP / 16 Atk / 244 SpD
nature: Adamant

Moves
========

Rhyperior works as a great Stealth Rock user due to its incredible bulk, making it incredibly easy to find opportunities to set up entry hazards. Even with little investment in Attack, Rhyperior's fantastic coverage in Earthquake, Rock Blast, or Stone Edge allow it to do significant damage to any Pokemon in the tier. Rock Blast deserves a special mention for its potential to OHKO Froslass on the first turn. Finally, Rhyperior can choose to run a phazing move such as Roar or Dragon Tail to rack up hazard damage and remove scary set-up sweepers, or it can run Megahorn to hit key threats such as Celebi and Umbreon. Roar is generally preferred over Dragon Tail due to its ability to phaze through Substitute, Protect, and against Fairy types. Toxic is also a useful option as it can cripple bulky Water-types such as Swampert or Suicune, who might try to switch into Rhyperior.

Set Details
========

The EV spread is tailored to patch up Rhyperior's underwhelming Special Defense to make sure it can take every hit necessary. 16 Attack EVs with an Adamant nature make Rhyperior a formidable offensive presence with minimal investment - just enough for the first jump point. Finally, Leftovers provides recovery to keep Rhyperior healthy.

Usage Tips
========

As Rhyperior can force a lot of switches and has a good amount of bulk, it can set up Stealth Rock fairly easily in the first few turns. It can switch in on a lot of powerful Pokemon, such as Darmanitan or Honchkrow, and easily force them out. This provides more opportunities for Rhyperior to put Stealth Rock on the field again, deal damage, or rack up more hazard damage with Roar.

Team Options
========

Rhyperior needs a teammate to take the dangerous Grass- and Water-type attacks that will come its way. Roserade is a perfect partner, as it scares both of these types out and can augment Rhyperior's Stealth Rock damage with Spikes. Rotom-H can also scare out these Pokemon. A spinblocker, such as Sableye, also makes a good partner, as it can ensure that Rhyperior's entry hazard stays on the field.

Choice Band
########
name: Choice Band
move 1: Stone Edge
move 2: Earthquake
move 3: Megahorn
move 4: Aqua Tail / Rock Blast
ability: Solid Rock
item: Choice Band
evs: 172 HP / 252 Atk / 84 Spe
nature: Adamant

Moves
========

Stone Edge and Earthquake, which form the infamous EdgeQuake combination, deal massive damage when boosted by a Choice Band. Megahorn is great for extra coverage, and heavily punishes threats such as Celebi, Shaymin, and Umbreon. Aqua Tail will rarely be used, but it allows Rhyperior to hit opposing Rhyperior as well as Gligar slightly harder. Alternatively, Rock Blast can be used for Pokemon behind Substitutes or any Pokemon carrying a Focus Sash.

Set Details
========

The majority of Rhyperior's EVs go into HP and Attack in order to ensure it can dish out heavy damage as often as possible. However, 84 EVs in Speed allow it to outspeed uninvested base 50s, most notably Donphan. An Adamant nature is used to further boost Rhyperior's impressive Attack. If you choose to run Choice Band Rhyperior under Trick Room, you may benefit more from 0 Spe EVs, 0 Spe IVs, and a Brave Nature.

Usage Tips
========

Banded Rhyperior should be used solely as a wallbreaker. It has tremendous power, which is shown in its ability to 2HKO Suicune with Earthquake, and this should not be diminished—it is one of the best stallbreakers in the tier. Don't forget to use Rhyperior's handy resistances and bulk; just because it's carrying a Choice Band doesn't mean it can't switch in to powerful attacks such as Victini's V-create or Darmanitan's Flare Blitz.

Team Options
========

Choice Band Rhyperior works extremely well on dedicated Trick Room teams as well as teams with only one Trick Room user. Its naturally low Speed lends itself to sweeping under Trick Room. Choice Band Rhyperior also appreciates a cleric that can restore its health, remove any harmful status, and allow it to continue wreaking havoc.

Other Options
########

A Swords Dance set can be used to help break stall even further, but Rhyperior is far too slow to sweep, and the set is much less useful against offensive teams. Weakness Policy and Rock Polish is an option that attempts to make Rhyperior into a sweeper, but it struggles due to Rhyperior's low Speed. Even at +2, it's outsped by a slew of offensive Pokemon who can take advantage of it's lowered HP (due to Weakness Policy being activated) and easily revenge kill it. Protect can be used on the Tank set to scout for surprise coverage such as Grass Knot as well as to increase the effectiveness of Leftovers. Dragon Tail can also be used over Roar on the Tank Set, but it's generally inferior this generation due to Sound mechanics and Fairy-types. Rhyperior can run Ice Punch on the Choice Band set, but this is mainly for Gligar. Substitute or Substitute + Swords Dance sets are now viable with Blissey in the tier. Speed investment allows Rhyperior to outspeed and set up a 101 HP sub (with 132 HP EVs) to use the pink blob as set-up fodder. Finally, a more physically defensive EV spread can be used on the Tank set, but it loses out on extremely important special bulk. Rhyperior can make use of an Assault Vest + Metal Burst set to lure bulky Water-types but this set is extremely niche.

Checks & Counters
########

**Bulky Water-types**: Bulky Water-types can sponge a couple of hits from Rhyperior and threaten it out with their STAB moves. Although many of them, such as Suicune, can be 2HKOed by Rhyperior's Choice Band set and lured by the AV set, they significantly threaten the Tank set.

**Grass-types**: Similar to Water-types, Grass-types can take advantage of Rhyperior's weaknesses and threaten it out. Shaymin has to worry about switching in on Megahorn, and Roserade can't safely switch in on any attacking move, but both of them threaten it offensively.

**Chesnaught**: Chesnaught deserves a special mention for its ability to hard counter every single Rhyperior set. Its typing and bulk allows it to dodge the 2HKO even from the Choice Band set, and it can set up Spikes and threaten Rhyperior with Wood Hammer.

**Rapid Spin Users**: Rapid Spin users such as Donphan and Forretress can weather blows from Rhyperior and remove its entry hazards while setting up their own entry hazards. Blastoise (and Tentacruel to a lesser extent) deserve a special mention for threatening Rhyperior offensively as well.

**Bulky Ground-types**: Bulky Ground-types such as Hippowdon and Donphan are relatively unaffected by Rhyperior's STABs and can threaten him out with their own Earthquake.

**Status**: Status such as burn can be devastating to Rhyperior, and its low Speed means it often has no way to avoid it. Sableye deserves a special mention for its ability to prevent Stealth Rock and cut down on damage with Will-O-Wisp.

**Strong Special Attackers**: Even if Rhyperior isn't 4x weak to their STAB moves, strong Special Attackers such as Nidoking, Nidoqueen, and Mega Ampharos can deal heavy damage to Rhyperior. Some of them can, however, be used as bait for the Metal Burst set.

**Strong Fighting-types**: Although many of them can't OHKO him, some Pokemon such as Choice Band Mienshao can ignore Rhyperior's incredible bulk and nab the surprise KO. Rhyperior offensively threatens most frail Fighting-types, but if they can come in safely, it's usually not willing to take the hit.

**Random Coverage**: Random Grass-type coverage in the form of Energy Ball or Grass Knot on Pokemon such as Victini can surprise Rhyperior and potentially OHKO him.

Overview
########

  • Massive HP, Attack, and Defense
  • Gets great STAB in the Edgequake combo
  • Access to boosting moves like Rock Polish
  • Good support movepool coupled with a great ability makes it one of the premier SR setters in the meta
  • Huge weakness to Water and Grass types, as well as Ground and Fighting
  • Pitiful Special Defense and Speed

Tank
########
name: Tank
move 1: Stealth Rock
move 2: Earthquake
move 3: Rock Blast / Stone Edge
move 4: Roar / Megahorn / Dragon Tail
ability: Solid Rock
item: Leftovers
evs: 248 HP / 16 Atk / 244 SpD
nature: Adamant

Moves
========

  • Stealth Rock can be easily set up due to Rhyperior's great natural HP and Defense
  • Earthquake is a strong and reliable STAB that does lots of damage due to Rhyperior's good natural attack
  • Stone Edge is also very powerful, forming the Edgequake combo having great coverage in the meta
  • Rock Blast is an alternative STAB option breaking through subs and Focus Sashes and has better accuracy. It can OHKO Froslass on turn 1 with three hits, which is nifty.
  • Roar phazes out sweepers and racks up SR damage.
  • Megahorn is a great third move - its high BP and nifty coverage allows Rhyperior to hit threats like Slowbro and Mew very hard

Set Details
========

  • The EV distribution lets Rhyperior take special hits as well as possible while also hitting a Leftovers number
  • Leftovers lets it get residual recovery each turn
  • Adamant Nature lets Rhyperior have a bit more of an offensive approach, and combined with 16 EVs it reaches the first jump point.

Usage Tips
========

Since Rhyperior can force a lot of switches, and has a good amount of bulk, it can set up Stealth Rock fairly easily early-game. It can switch in on a lot of normally powerful Pokemon, like Darmanitan or Honchkrow, and easily force them out, which can also let Rhyperior set up rocks or phaze to rack up hazard damage.

Team Options
========

  • Grass types, particularly Roserade, who forces out both Grass and Water types and can set up Spikes to increase the effectiveness of Rhyperior's shuffling and Trevenant, who resists four of Rhyperior's key weaknesses and forces lots of switches and residual damage.
  • Rotom-H resists Grass-types, and can threaten out both Grass and Water types with its STABs.
  • Spinblockers, such as Sableye, are good to have as it can deal with a large portion of hazard cleaners, barring Starmie and Mega Blastoise

Choice Band
########
name: Choice Band
move 1: Stone Edge
move 2: Earthquake
move 3: Megahorn
move 4: Aqua Tail / Rock Blast
ability: Solid Rock
item: Choice Band
evs: 172 HP / 252 Atk / 84 Spe
nature: Adamant

Moves
========

  • Stone Edge is the primary Rock STAB, as it hits Flying-types like Aerodactyl, and Levitaters like Azelf and Rotom-H, who are immune to Earthquake
  • Earthquake is the Ground-type STAB, which forms the infamous EdgeQuake combo and hits common types in the meta, mainly Fire-types and Steel-types.
  • Megahorn hits Grass-types like Celebi, Shaymin, and Tangrowth, and also hits Psychic-types like Mew and Slowbro, who can handle Rhyp's STABs with relative ease.
  • Rock Blast has better accuracy than Stone Edge, and can break through Sashes and Substitutes. However, the decrease in power is notable.
  • Aqua Tail is mainly for opposing Rhyperior, who can tank incoming Earthquakes, as well as Gligar, who brushes off Rhyperior's moves with ease.

Set Details
========

  • While Rhyperior can run even more amounts of Speed to outspeed some slower walls, it isn't worth it at the end of the day. He much prefers running HP, as it helps him take a hit from offensive threats and punish them back with a devastatingly strong attack.
  • Adamant is used to increase Rhyperior's Attack; however, if using Rhyperior on Trick Room then Brave Nature can be used instead.

Usage Tips
========

  • This set is one of the best stallbreakers in the tier, as it has great STAB combo and can smash through key components of bulky teams, like Florges, Slowbro, and Mew with those moves. Due to Rhyperior hitting 624 Attack after the CB boost, there are very few things that can reliably switch into it, and those that can, mainly Gligar, are hit by Aqua Tail.

Team Options
========

  • Choice Banded Rhyperior works great on a Trick Room team or any team with a Trick Room setter like Victini or Cofagrigus.
  • Choice Banded Rhyperior works great with a cleric/wishpasser who can tidy up his bruises and eliminate any nasty statuses.

Assault Vest
########
name: Assault Vest
move 1: Stone Edge
move 2: Earthquake
move 3: Megahorn
move 4: Metal Burst
ability: Solid Rock
item: Assault Vest
evs: 252 HP / 216 Atk / 36 SpD
ivs: 0 Spe
nature: Brave

Moves
========

  • Metal Burst is the reason that Assault Vest Rhyperior transcends pure pointless gimmickry and becomes viable - it allows him to effectively OHKO threats like Roserade and Slowbro that it would otherwise get creamed by.

Set Details
========

  • The EVs are specific to make sure that Rhyperior accomplishes two things. First of all, he will never die to a timid black sludge giga drain from full hp. More importantly though, it is the maximum amount of special bulk he can run while still guaranteeing the kill on Slowbro with Metal Burst. (In other words, scald does min 2/3 of slowbro's hp)
  • Minimum Speed is so that Rhyperior is outsped by Slowbro, allowing it to OHKO it.
  • Adamant is used to increase Rhyperior's Attack; however, if using Rhyperior on Trick Room then Brave Nature can be used instead.
  • Assault Vest allows Rhyperior to take special hits really well even with minimal investment.

Usage Tips
========

  • Rhyperior's insane bulk boosted to new levels allows it to rip holes in offensive and defensive teams alike. Remember to use Metal Burst to eliminate key threats like Slowbro and Suicune from the field.
  • Assault Vest doesn't mean that you can take every single special attack, so still be wary of threats like LO Roserade and Mega Blastoise.
  • You can run max special bulk if desired - with a boosting nature, Rhyperior can't even be OHKOd by LO Roserade Giga Drain or Mega Blastoise Water Pulse. However, it misses the power from the attack EVs and nature.
Team Options
========

  • Assault Vest Rhyperior works great on a Trick Room team or any team with a Trick Room setter like Victini or Cofagrigus.
  • Assault Vest Rhyperior works great with a cleric/wishpasser who can tidy up his bruises and eliminate any nasty statuses.
  • Sand Support is especially helpful for Ass vest rhyperior. It boosts his Special Defense to ridiculous levels and allows him to weather practically all attacks the tier can throw at him and return with 1.5x the damage.

Other Options
########

  • Swords Dance can be used to help break stall, but Rhyperior is far too slow to sweep.
  • Weakness Policy and Rock Polish is an option to attempt to make Rhyperior into a sweeper, but it struggles due to Rhyperior's low speed. Even at +2, he's outsped by a slew of offensive pokes who can take advantage of his low HP (due to having broken weakness policy with se attack) and revenge kill him.
  • Protect can be used on the leftovers set to scout moves like grass knot and rack up more leftovers recovery.
  • Substitute or SubSD sets are now viable with Blissey in the tier. Speed investment allows Rhyperior to outspeed and set up a 101 HP sub (with 132 HP Evs) to use the pink blob as set-up fodder.
  • A more physically defensive EV spread can be used, but it loses out on far too much important special bulk.

Checks & Counters
########
  • Bulky Water-types
  • Grass types
  • Rapid Spinners
  • Bulky Grounds
  • Status
  • Strong special attackers, esp Nidos.
  • Strong fighting types.
  • Mew
  • Coverage on mons like victini can fuck Rhyperior over

I dunno who I have to blame for the EVs on the Assault Vest set, but they're really ugly imo. With 115 HP and 55 SpDef, investing so much in HP is pointless. We should come up with a better spread, although I think the 216 Atk Adamant is a good start. Also I'll leave it open for discussion to see if Metal Burst is good enough to warrant that set—I trust you, but nevertheless.

The Choice Band could use a change in spread too, but we should discuss it another day because my reheated food is getting cold as I type .–.

i made the evs up in 5 minutes don't tell anyone. i'll talk to you tomorrow

Make a note about the Brave nature on the sets besides the CB one (as you already did). 0 Speed IVs is also helpful in this case.

rock blast before stone edge on the tank set. the accuracy is more important. dragon tail before roar / megahorn as well since people like to switch flygon and hydreigon into it. the only thing you miss out on is florges and substitutes i guess but rhyperior is usually strong enough to break those

84 speed on the cb set, enough to outrun uninvested donphan. i'd also make aqua tail the first slash in the fourth slot and remove dragon tail because it's not a good move to be locked into at all.

brave and 0 speed iv's on assault vest, since metal burst requires you to go last to work and this way you can counter slowbro's scald

Put spaces between your damn slashes noob how the fuck are you a GP member smh

Add that Rock Blast's main draw is to OHKO Froslass through her Focus Sash, I think you need more than 3 hits for that? zzz calc it for me

Also add Su(b)perior to OO, mentioning that with Blissey in the tier, it can relive some Gen IV nostalgia and EV itself to have enough HP and speed to create 101 substitutes in the fat bitch's face that lets it barrage the opposing team. Refer to the DPPt analyses if you don't know what I'm talking about.

Also agreeing with FLCL get Dragon Tail off the CB set stop being a nerd.

And finally flesh out the C&C options... come on. I know my damn type charts

agree with everything flcl said except for dtail > roar on the tank set. being able to phaze out shit on the protect so it cant recover is pretty big imo. florges is still surprisingly common, too.

Echoing all of FLCL's suggestions since they are all good ones. In addition;

-I'd remove the mentions of using Sand in conjunction with Rhyperior. The notion of having Hippowdon and Rhyperior on the same team seems very redundant to me and I wouldn't want newer players thinking that stacking types just to get the Sand boost is a good idea.
-Mention in the tank set that the Attack in conjunction with Adamant hits the first jump point
-Add to C&C strong special attackers and shit with powerful coverage like Victini which basically turns Rhyperior from a 'counter' to Fire STAB to an OHKO from Grass Knot

Other than that seems pretty good, once you've added all these things I'll give QC 1/3 :]

Changed everything except -

retained mention of sand on AV set because it's particularly helpful for obvious reasons, and it's really good on dedicated sand teams

retained roar over dragon tail for reasons listed by koko. being able to heavily damage and cockblock florges and blissey is what makes rhyperior awesome.

ready for qc checks

-Remove the mention of TR making Rhyperior a dangerous sweeper on the Tank set, the only TR rhyperior that should be used is CB
-You have that sentence, but then the set is running quite a significant amount of speed. You can still mention that Rhyperior shouldnt be running /too/ much speed but mention what the speed does outspeed and the relevance of that
  • While Rhyperior can run significant amounts of Speed to outspeed some slower walls, it isn't worth it at the end of the day. He much prefers running HP, as it helps him take a hit from offensive threats and punish them back with a devastatingly strong attack.
-It might just be me but I don't think it's worth dual screens support for Rhyperior lol CB Rhyp is basically put on a team to bluff a SR set up and then absolutely decimate something with a CB Edge, Quake w/e so team options are just shit that likes huge holes being blown in teams e.g Moxie Cleaners, SD sweepers, Special Sweeper etc
  • Choice Banded Rhyperior appreciates Dual Screens support to make him last longer and hit harder xoxo.

Alrighty, change all that and QC 2/3, then you can write this bad boy up :toast:

Mention a physically defensive spread in set details or OO for taking on threats like Honchkrow and CB Victini a bit better.

Wtf is 64 even on the CB set? Afaik Rhyperior has a normal base Speed stat, so if you're trying to outspeed stuff you're basically jumping 40 EVs starting from 4.

From what FLCL said, you'd need 84 to outspeed base 50s such as Donphan and Mega Aggron. You could run 16 more to outspeed and 2HKO Relaxed Pert, though. You can also go as far as 124 to outspeed Blissey if you want, but I guess that's too much. So yea, the correct one would be 84, but if you wanna hit 141 to outspeed Relaxed Pert that's a definite plus—you'd still fail to outspeed non -Spe variants, though, so I understand if you don't wanna.

Do you really need that much HP investment on the Ass Vest set? I guess it helps to do more damage with Metal Burst, but is that it?

Small nitpick:
  • Rhyperior's insane bulk boosted to new levels allows it to rip holes in offensive and defensive teams alike. Remember to use Metal Sound to eliminate key threats like Slowbro and Suicune from the field.

figuring out av spread is the last thing i have to do while writing it up. but yeah, having more but less effective HP makes metal burst stronger. I'd have to tweak it around to see if i can get it a bit bulkier while still maintaining a good benchmark.

changed the evs, idk why it was at 64. my guess is that it was for hippo or something (which is obviously completely stupid)

Re: AV Rhyperior EV Spread.

I spent about an hour trying to figure out an EV Spread, but you really have only two choices. 252 HP / 224 Atk / 32 SpD is the maximum special bulk you can have in order to retain the necessary damage to OHKO slowbro with Metal Burst (and not get killed by Black Sludge Rade). However, you could potentially use 224 HP / 252 Atk / 32 SpD, which is still the maximum special bulk you can have in order to retain the damage to OHKO Slowbro (it's a very weird sort of thing because Metal Burst works on amount of HP and not on percent HP, so less HP still works just as well). Either way though, the most special bulk you can have is 32 no matter what HP you put it at, and the second spread is sort of iffy because it doesn't allow you to survive Rade (even if black sludge rade is relatively rare).

In general with Metal Sound sets though you really want to have lots of ineffective HP rather than not a lot of effective HP. Even if it isn't traditionally efficient, it's really the only way to go.

I still prefer 100 Spe EVs in the CB set for Relaxed Pert, it's very useful considering you still survive its Waterfall pretty comfortably—provided it doesn't flinch—while Scald has a good chance to KO after SR not accounting for burns. Sure, Pert might use Scald with a negative nature, but that way you'd still be winning 70% of the time. I really feel like it's a pretty hot speed tier for Rhype, while you're just giving up on 4 hit points to that effect.

I really don't get what you mean with not being able to run more than 32 SpD. Like, if I wanna run 216 Atk because those 8 EVs are a bit wasted, why can't I invest then in SpD? I'm sorry if I'm missing something stupid, but I seriously don't get it.

Oh, and I would mention Toxic in the Tank set as an alternate to Roar. It's very useful to screw over switchins such as Pert or Slowbro, if only because it' Toxic o.O. But really, it's cool because most of the mons immune to it aren't switching in on you, while basically the only things that would switch into you that aren't terribly annoyed by it are Cune and Min.

Alright, I'll change it to 100 Spe EVs. I can see how it'd be useful.

The reason you can't run more than 32 SpD is because of the nature of Metal Sound. HP is entirely irrelevant when dealing with metal sound - if Rhyperior has 500 HP, or 1000 HP, however much damage Slowbro does to it with Scald will be reflected back 1.5 x the amount of HP it takes off. So, 32 SpD is the most Special Defense investment you can have (regardless of hitpoints) so that Scald from Slowbro is guaranteed to do the flat HP damage of 2/3 of Slowbro's max HP. It's kind of weird.

I'll add toxic in as well, I thought it was already there o_o'

tbh i'd move dragon tail to OO. its just not that good this gen.

i'd also put a but more emphasis on how it faces competition from swampert, as they do exactly the same job, but rhyp trades ground/fight/water neutrality (and scald) for a normal/flying resist and a lot more power.

You still have 84 Spe EVs on the CB set, tho. If there was some more discussion about it which I wasn't a part of you should've told me, otherwise I'd assume everyone was fine with it. Also, I'd mention Ice Punch too, since it hits Gligar and Flygon.

You need to beef up your C&C, Kitten. Mention more examples of mons and add those that get wrecked by non-Tank sets (Slowbro gets outsped and 2HKOd by CB EQ after SR and it can be lured in and KOed by Metal Burst Rhype, like you said, for example). It's also either Spinners or Rapid Spin users, unless Rapid Spinners has finally become an accepted term o.O

I thought i already changed CB EVs, sorry. Ice Punch isn't really worth it because it fails to even guarantee the OHKO on Gligar (and Aqua Tail 2HKOs most of the time anyway). In most reasonable scenarios, Rhyperior can do plenty of damage to Flygon with Megahorn.

252+ Atk Choice Band Rhyperior Megahorn vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Flygon: 273-322 (90.6 - 106.9%) -- 81.3% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
252 Atk Flygon Earthquake vs. 152 HP / 0 Def Solid Rock Rhyperior: 163-193 (39.8 - 47.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

252+ Atk Choice Band Rhyperior Ice Punch vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Gligar: 268-316 (80.2 - 94.6%) -- 43.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
252+ Atk Choice Band Rhyperior Aqua Tail vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Gligar: 158-188 (47.3 - 56.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

either way Aqua Tail or Ice Punch it's a niche move, but I fail to see any distinct disadvantages from running Aqua Tail or Rock Blast and I can certainly see disadvantages from running Ice Punch over Aqua Tail (other Rhyperiors).

re: C&C, i fleshed it out a bit and added specific examples.
