I'd think it'd actually be the opposite. Starmie is one of the big centralising forces in OU, there are a zillion things that don't work because "Starmie switches in, you lose all momentum instantly" and/or "you burned Starmie, enjoy getting swept".

You don't have to replay it, pretty sure the tournament guidelines say that every player is responsible for his team etc. I am more amazed by the fact that none of you noticed during the battle. Replaying is fair and all, but everyone is responsible for his own teams, so it's basically up to you if you replay this.
