The problem is that when you don't understand the language it could very easily appear to be (or even actually be!) strategizing about the match right in front of your face.

Side note: For a spectator to use the match chat to converse with one of the players in a language the other doesn't understand is pretty fucking rude. If you're going to speak in a language I don't understand, PM them; don't rub my face in it.
