From a logical point of view, the turn-order ruling makes no sense.
Icy Wind is not delayed until the beginning of the next action, as the chilling wind takes effect immediately.
When ASB logic and simple reasoning take a backseat to convenience of reffing, something is wrong.

We had a huge debate on IRC about this, and we agreed that this is the way it works in-game, so this is the way it works in ASB.

Also I'm assuming here that each half of Fly is treated as being comboed with ESpeed seperately, i.e. He goes up at +2 and comes down afterwards. If not, then I'd like to use Extremespeed * 2 instead from A2.

The round begins with Camille Protecting itself from Purple Boss's Thuderbolt and Mind's Psychic. Then Pumyra unleashes an Air Slash, which is dampened by Light Screen, but it still damages Mind.
Camille then flies up into the air very quickly, evading Purple Boss's Sludge Bomb and Mind's Psychic. Weird, because it's slower than those two... Pumyra just chills, as Camille uses an Extremely Quick Fly on Mind. However, she has exhausted herself!
Purple Boss fires another Thunderbolt on Pumyra, while Mind uses Psychic on Pumyra. Pumyra fires another Air Slash at Mind.

I feel like Extreme Fly should have done more damage (4), and that Camille should have fainted after action 2, which means that his Pokes would have battered Pumyra a bit. Could we have those editted/discounted publicly before 'Lou' sends out?
