post your replays itt. serious or not, all are all allowed, however more interesting replays are preferred. discussion is allowed and encouraged.

no more archive in the op because these aren't exactly hard to search for, and this whole thread is an archive in itself so having another list in the op is redundant.

Here's a good, quick match I happened upon while checking out the new meta after vacation. I was using molk's team, and all the movesets for my team are in his RMT.

There are a couple cool notes from the battle that I really like as takeaways:

1) Weak armor actually hurt hazard lead omastar against doublade, when it took Iron Head surprisingly well turn 1

2) Gurdurr was a great special sharpedo switchin for the whole match. I had AV slowking, but I didn't wanna be near that STAB Dark Pulse. Gurdurr was a fantastic pivot, even with it's pitiful special bulk numbers. Turns 3-4 are a good example of Gurdurr coming in, scaring Sharpedo out with Mach Punch, but playing well around the doublade switchin.

3) Rhyperior's catchall ability was shown well in turn 5 when I didn't really have a switchin. It took Iron Head like a champ, and was able to KO back due to Gurdurr removing that Eviolite. See how a good predict can turn a close situation in your favor?

4) Dugtrio is weak as shit. LO STAB EQ did 33% to a 248 HP ev's Rhyperior, which meant in this match that dead Dugtrio. Imo Sash and Band are way better than LO, since as a trapper duggy really is only gonna want one move to eliminate the particular threat it's matched up against before swapping out. Either of those sets would have gotten the job done, while LO couldn't quite get there.

5) Turn 9 was a risk v reward scenario that I think is a good example. I could have safely mach punched on his sharpedo, but I thought he would switch. So the choice was between Drain punch, bulk up, and Knock off. If I knocked off, and he brought in Virizion, I woulda had to switch to Doublade and would have wasted the opportunity of a forced switch. If I bulked up, and it was virizion, I woulda been okay. However, If it was Meloetta and I bulked up, it would be bad, but Knock Off would be the best for Melo. I chose to Drain punch because it would hit either switchin for a decent ammount, healing up gurdurr to take Pedo on again. I hope that mess made sense!

5a) On turn 13 I had the same scenario. I chose Drain Punch and it worked again, but on Virizion, preventing it from succesfully setting up.

Well it's a short replay but I hope you guys liked it, I thought there were some teachable/learning moments in there so thats why I shared it!

me sweeping wepwn 6-0 with clefairy

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/smogtours-ru-14970

me making plays and beating wepwn with pawniard's wrath

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/rususpecttest-148903183

me vs bloo on the ladder. This was Moltres vs non Slowking stall though so it was kind of an unfair matchup :[

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/smogtours-ru-14522

my game vs Double01 in RUgged Mountain, i started off by getting haxed really badly and i thought i was gonna lose to be perfectly honest, but then Double01 made one poor play that sealed the win for me: he let his Gurdurr go to sleep. Without Gurdurr to protect him against Rhyperior and Shiftry weakened, Rhyperior was able to floor him by repeatedly using Earthquake, resulting in a crushing defeat. I didn't really make any major double switches or anything during the game, but i didn't really need to given if i got caught on a double switch there was little penalty because of no entry hazards being up on my side and in some cases actually recovering HP thanks to leftovers.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/smogtours-ru-14962

me vs EonX using a joke team based around shit TROP hates, Memento Zoroark+Slurpuff did work here (rip ;-;).

You would post that replay Molk ... *cries in a corner*

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ru-158110266 - me vs. Expulso. Expulso was trying out Arikado's Web Offense team with Meloetta while I was trying out Spiritomb with my Cobalion + Accelgor hazard setting core. Some of the key moments:

Turn 2-Turn 3: The Volt Switch into Accelgor BEFORE the Sticky Web got put down was huge. It kept Accelgor at the high Speed I needed it to have while Encore gave me the chance to get Spikes up easily.

Turn 8: Expulso tries to pull a double into Jolteon (expecting my Sigilyph I guess) and Spiritomb's ability to beat Hitmonlee unconditionally lets me bring it in. And with the Bug Buzz from earlier, Jolteon is unable to switch back out due to the hazards

Turn 10-Turn 13: Cobalion just eating up those Outrages from LO Druddigon, getting Rocks up, and preventing Druddigon from getting Rocks up. A sequence of events that basically sealed the game for me and let Spiritomb finish the game.

I was tired and played pretty badly, but yeah that team is solid af, gg

Ok this thread is kinda dead so i might as well revive it. Mind that some replays are kinda old but they show how powerful some of the suspect were

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ru-131223939

This is a game i had against my fren Silvershadow while we were testing for RUPL (i think).
I brought Froslass offense as he brought Zoroark balance/bulky offense.
The first thing i noticed was how the only Grass resistance he had was the same Pokemon that could check Sharpedo who i identified as my win condition turn 1. I also decided not to lead with Froslass because he had both Jolteon and Rhyperior (and a possible Zoroark bluff).
Turn 3 i make the first error not switching into Froslass because i could have easily got 1 Layer of spikes (enough considering his lack of Pokemon without recovery) and or got a kill with those Froslass mindgames. I could have probably gotten stealth rock later with Druddigon too up too making the mid late game significantly easier.
Anyway i keep spamming Leaf Storm every time i come in just to secure the KO on Virizion and go into Doublade in case he wanted to set up.
Turn 8 is kinda crucial. I knew the Mismagius was actually a Zoroark from the Leaf Storm damage and i figured that i would have simply used Iron Head because Special Zoroark, the variant who could have killed my Doublade, isn't a threat to sharpedo and i can take a hit and ko back Physical Zoroark who is actually threatening to my win condition with Sucker Punch.
The rest of the game is basically me throwing Leaf Storm at Virizion and setting up a layer of Spikes to pave the way for Sharpedo sweep.
Nothing great but shows how easy was for Froslass teams to pressure other balanced and offensive teams to soften their checks to their win condition

Ok now [CREAMING INTENSIFIES]

I was using a troll team inspired by that video, molk, and arikado with Normal Spam, a stunfisk as a Steel types check and SR user, and a mono attacking Slurpuff. The surprising thing is that the team handily beats the ladder (i have like a 15-3 score or something) but that is for another post

I'm going to bring up a few older replays, from before RU beta when we were using the monthly usage stats to "predict" the tier, even though a few of the predictions were...off

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/uu-103374569 Me vs. barton where I use a gimmicky hail team. I used a Froslass lead to set Hail, and forced a lot of switches with D-bond, and managed to take down his Magneton with it. I ended up haxing him with a nice Freeze in the end, although it didn't matter with Kyurem waiting in the wings. The funny thing is, at this point only 2 of those are RU.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/uu-104801053 vs. Expulso. Basically, I suffer from minor hax and complain because we'd been playing a lot of games and he haxed in most of them. I also got a few hax in there...but let's ignore that ok. This really shows how much of a threat Toxicroak was coming into this, as after 1 SD it could straight up sweep a team. Also, notice how Honchkrow has been in the past 2 replays and thank UU for keeping him.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/uu-106171637 vs. Scene. This was (I think) the night before the server reset for RU Beta, when we were all anxious to play. That team ended up being the first team I used, and it worked out okay until the meta changed and Shaymin and Toxicroak left. At the end Scene left and I was able to join on his side via Showdown shenanigans, so you may notice that it ended being Leer vs. Leer...with Leer timing out and Leer being the victor.

I had some more, including one where I 5-0 barton with a Kecleon, but they got saved over (mostly by bad CC 1v1 ladder games...idk why you would save those).

Just another match that i had on the ladder, my opponent forfeited on turn 15 so it's not a full game, but it was still pretty fun nonetheless. I made a few important plays here that helped me get the upper hand, such as staying in with Gligar vs Choice Scarf Moltres on the U-turn to get some momentum, and burning Rhyperior with Fletchinder on the switch.

6-0 against Tehy using stall

I'm turning this into an archive, so all of the replays will be in the OP (or 3rd post if the character limit is reached).

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ru-163029310 - pretty fun battle I had vs. fleurdyleurse. She asked for a battle late last night to help with her team, so it wasn't exactly serious or anything. She used a Sticky Web HO Team while I was using a HO team that centered around Moltres and Rotom-C. Some crucial turns are as follows:

Turn 4 - Turn 6: Basically Accelgor's short time in battle is what really got me going in the match. Switching in before Sticky Web got up was key, letting me Encore to create a free Spikes opportunity. Once Rhyperior came in, I just clicked Final Gambit figuring she would Rock Blast since Rocks would let me get full hazards thanks to Encore. With Rhyperior weakened, I felt I had the upper hand.

Turns 8 and 9: Cobalion putting it work like it always does. Luring in the Doublade, keeping it from using SD, and building momentum. Never underestimate Support Cobalion

Turn 14 - Turn 16: This was a really crucial point in the battle as she was able to get Exploud in off of the forced Leaf Storm. At this point, I have no switch-ins and the threat of Sharpedo means I need to save Cobalion or Rotom-C at this point. The Leaf Storm miss just complicates matters and forces me to sac Spiritomb as I know I need Cobalion at that point. She basically forces me to make the right sacrifices to keep my hopes alive of winning the match.

Turn 20: Cobalion clutching the game for me. If it can't take Hydro Pump, I lose the game. Thankfully, Cobalion is a complete beast and takes the H-Pump with HP to spare. Volt Switch KOes from there and give Moltres the free switch it needs to finish the game.

this is an old replay, but all the salient parts are still ru legal and viable.

this really shows how adept trick spiritomb can be at crippling a threat. in this case i pulled a handy double into the opponent's gligar and tricked it, crippling his defogger and making it much easier to keep hazards up on the opposing field.

the replay also shows how well specs magneton functions against stall with wish support, effectively dismantling the opposing team thanks to its power and being really difficult to wear down residually.

Dug up a few more RUgged Mountain replays of Tsunami

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/smogtours-ru-15633 Shake showing off an impressive Sharpedo sweep against DittoCrow.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/smogtours-ru-14788 Shake vs atomicllamas, Zoroark does a lot of work in the game, but in the end not enough to seal the deal

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/smogtours-ru-14787 Shake vs Rob, Aqua Jet Sharpedo stops Fletchinder from doing anything and makes it much easier for shake to win the game

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/smogtours-ru-15000 Double01 vs RU pride, he kinda choked in the end cause he could've forced meganium to Outrage but w/e

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/smogtours-ru-15057 more Double01 vs RU pride

Updated OP, I also have a few of my own to post

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ru-151596298 206 turn PP stall war between my Cresselia, Sharpedo, and Aromatsse and his Registeel (I wont), which wouldn't be so bad except we held up a scripted PS! tour (the next battle was Arikado so he had to wait).

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ru-139557531 Arikado 5-0's me with baby smogon bird at +6. I was pretty mad because it wasn't paralyzed for 9 turns or something and it went through me like nothing. It really shows how much of a threat Fletchinder is, even though that was pre-suspect.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ru-151983012 http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ru-166226921 A couple of ladder battles where Sub/CM Cress gets to +6 and sweeps. This is just a small sample though; I do this with Cress at probably twice a day on the ladder, seeing as Cress is a major threat to unprepared players/teams.

Also, banner coming soon!

Edit: OP updated for post below

I was kinda bored so i challed Kingmidas and it turned out to be quite a fun battle.
Moltres and durant were big threats but as i was running crunch+iron head+superpower coverage i quite struggled breaking tangela (especially considering that moltres wasn't a switch in even with sleep clause active having seen the HP Rock). Pangoro kinda pulled thru with its Poison Jab.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ru-167202797 - my Week 3 PSPL match is a great showcase of how much flexibility Support Cobalion brings to a HO team, so much so that it allows a HO team the chance to play vs. full stall in a type of match that would seem to favor full stall. Also, Turn 19 really swings the momentum of the match.
