scarfed blaziken glitch

hey a little while ago i was playing a 4th gen UU on the server, and a dude sends in a poliwrath and kills my clefable. no weather up. NBD. so i send in my scarfed blaziken to revenge kill with a brave bird. 405 speed. his poliwrath out speeds my blaziken on OHKOs it. we both sat there and said what the hell. he had no speed investment so he was sitting at 176 speed. im almost 2 1/2 times faster but he outspeeds me cause of a glitch. im typically really chill when battling but im kinda pissed cause his wrath crit-waterfalled my blastoise and proceeded to sweep my team.
