Welcome to scRUb League 2, Week 2. After a little delay, we are right back in action. This week will be a true test of skill for each team, as there will be many shake-ups this round. All of the restrictions from the previous week do not apply to this week unless otherwise noted. Remember that logs are required, or else your win is void.

Now, for this week there will be a number of tier changes. I will put them into bullet form to get to the point:

• ORAS
  • Swagger is legal
  • Every player must use Fletchinder
  • Tyranitar is legal, but it must be named Tyranitards
• XY
  • Swagger is required on every single Pokemon's moveset unless that Pokemon is Kyogre
  • Every player must use a minimum of 3 Pokemon holding Choice Specs
  • Kyogre is legal, but it must only have one move and that move must be Rest
• BW2
  • Species Clause no longer applies to Druddigon

The deadline is Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 11:59:59 PM EST.
