If it isn't Kalos bred then it is indeed illegal as you couldn't have any non-Male HA starters in previous gens :(

These are 100% hacked. Remove them from your thread immediately and do some reading into the legitimacy of your other legendary Pokemon. If I see any more hacked Pokemon offered here, you will be added to the blacklist. If you are hesitant to offer something you did not catch yourself, don't.

Alright well I removed the Ray/Mew, also removed the rest of my legendaries (I'm not sure how to check how legit they are). OT/ID's have been added. If anything else is wrong just let me know.
