[OVERVIEW]

Shellos holds a unique niche over common bulky Water-types thanks to Sticky Hold, which allows it to permanently hold on to its Eviolite. It has a decent movepool that grants it access to Scald, Earth Power, Yawn, Clear Smog, and, most importantly, Recover. Shellos also has a solid defensive Water typing. However, said typing also means that Shellos will be vulnerable to common Electric- and Grass-types such as Chinchou, Magnemite, and Foongus. All of Shellos's base stats bar HP are relatively mediocre, meaning it has middling bulk, which allows powerful wallbreakers such as Abra, Snivy, and Rufflet to significantly weaken it, and Shellos's low offensive stats cause it to drain momentum while potentially being used as setup bait.

Moves
========

Scald is a useful Water-type STAB move that also has a 30% chance to burn, which discourages physical attackers such as Pawniard, Alolan Grimer, and Snubbull from switching in. Recover is essential, since it provides Shellos with a form of reliable recovery. Earth Power can be used to damage Electric-types that would otherwise beat Shellos such as Magnemite and Chinchou. Ice Beam is another coverage option that allow Shellos to deal with Grass-types such as Foongus, Pumpkaboo-S, and Snivy. Clear Smog prevents setup sweepers such as Vullaby and Timburr from using Shellos as setup fodder while also hitting Cottonee harder than Ice Beam. Lastly, Toxic provides Shellos with a way to deal with bulkier Pokemon such as Vullaby, Pumpkaboo-S, and Slowpoke. However, remember that due to the HP mechanics in Little Cup, it often takes a while for Toxic damage to accumulate.

Set Details
========

The EV spread helps maximize Shellos's bulk, allowing it to reach a respectable benchmark of 27 HP and 21 in both Defense and Special Defense. In conjunction with Eviolite, Shellos will be able to effectively take hits from Pokemon such as Mudbray, Ponyta, and non-Thunderbolt Staryu. 4 Speed EVs are added to bring Shellos to a benchmark of 10 Speed, allowing it to outspeed Ferroseed, Foongus, and Munchlax while Speed tying with Timburr. Sticky Hold is the ability of choice, since it prevents Shellos's Eviolite from being removed by moves like Knock Off and Trick.

Usage Tips
========

Shellos should be used as a defensive pivot due to its great defensive typing, Eviolite, and decent natural bulk. Switch Shellos in on an anticipated Knock Off from Pokemon such as Mienfoo and Pawniard. Thanks to its bulk, Shellos can also be switched into weak neutral and resisted attacks from Pokemon such as Ponyta, Hippopotas, and Kabuto. Scald is often Shellos's move of choice, since it can cripple many Pokemon, especially physical attackers, with a burn. Keep in mind that using Toxic or Recover may be better at certain times, such as when you anticipate your opponent switching into a bulkier Pokemon such as Slowpoke or Spritzee. Shellos must be kept healthy if it is used to check a specific Pokemon such as Ponyta or Drilbur. Due to Shellos's low Speed, it must be able to take one or two hits before being able to recover. Shellos is easily crippled by status conditions, so you should be careful of switching Shellos into status-inducing moves such as Scald from Water-types like Mareanie, Tirtouga, and Frillish as well as Poison Touch Knock Off from Alolan Grimer.

Team Options
========

Due to Shellos's passive and defensive nature, it should be used on defensive or balanced teams. Grass-types such as Foongus, Ferroseed, and Cottonee appreciate having a check to Fire-types such as Ponyta and Torchic. Foongus and Ferroseed can also check opposing Grass- and Electric-types that threaten Shellos such as Chinchou and Cottonee. Ground-types like Diglett and Mudbray can help check Electric-types such as Magnemite and Elekid. The aforementioned Fire-types as well as Steel-types such as Magnemite and Pawniard appreciate Shellos checking Ground-types such as Mudbray and Drilbur. In return, they can help check Grass-types that threaten Shellos. Pokemon that rely on their items like Spritzee, Onix, and Magnemite appreciate Shellos's ability to take a Knock Off, Thief, or Trick thanks to Sticky Hold. Shellos appreciates Heal Bell or Aromatherapy support from Pokemon such as Spritzee, Snubbull, and Chinchou, as they can remove any status conditions on Shellos.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Shellos can utilize boosting moves such as Stockpile, but due to its low Speed, it struggles to set up the majority of the time. Yawn can be used to either force a switch or put the foe to sleep, but it is highly situational and less consistent than Shellos's other utility options. Hidden Power Fire hits Ferroseed super effectively after being lured in, but it has limited use outside of that. Memento can be used to safely bring in a setup sweeper. Counter or Mirror Coat can be used to reflect any strong attacks back to its attacker. However, they require a good amount of prediction, and they aren't as valuable compared to Shellos's other options. Whirlpool can be used with Toxic and Recover to stall out almost any Pokemon.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Electric-types**: Electric-types such as Magnemite, Chinchou, and Elekid can threaten Shellos with Electric-type STAB moves. However, they must be careful of a Shellos carrying Earth Power, though keep in mind that bulkier variants of Chinchou avoid being 2HKOed by it.

**Grass-types**: Grass-types such as Pumpkaboo-S, Snivy, and Foongus threaten Shellos with their Grass-type STAB moves as well as with status moves such as Toxic and Will-O-Wisp. However, all of these Grass-types bar Ferroseed must be careful of getting hit with Ice Beam, while Ferroseed must be mindful of the extremely rare Hidden Power Fire.

**Setup Sweepers**: Setup sweepers such as Pawniard, Spritzee, and Timburr can take advantage of Shellos's passive nature to boost up. Spritzee, Shed Skin Scraggy, and Timburr don't mind Scald burns or Toxic, though they do not appreciate Clear Smog. Meanwhile, Pawniard does not have to worry about Clear Smog or Toxic due to its immunity to Poison, but it has to be careful of getting burned by Scald.

**Status Conditions**: Being burned or poisoned by Pokemon such as Pumpkaboo-S, Mareanie, and Alolan Grimer limits Shellos's longevity.

**Taunt**: Taunt users such as Cottonee and Mienfoo can prevent Shellos from spreading Toxic or using Recover. This allows Pokemon that Shellos has trouble beating without Toxic, such as Slowpoke and Frillish, to switch in with ease, and having no access to Recover makes Shellos much easier to wear down.

**Wallbreakers**: Due to Shellos's average bulk, wallbreakers such as Life Orb Abra, Bunnelby, and Rufflet can use their strong moves to 2HKO Shellos.

Overview
* I'd add that it has weaknesses to common attack types in Electric and Grass.
* The 'Pokemon with offensive stat boosts' part of your last line doesn't make much sense. It's kind of hard to tell what you mean in saying that. Instead, I'd just say that its vulnerable to especially powerful wallbreakers and give examples (You can keep what you have except Pawniard, since it can't really threaten Shellos with Knock Off due to Sticky Hold. Use Abra or Snivy as an example instead)

Set
Looks good

Moves
* Give examples of physical attackers Scald can burn.

Set Details
* Give some examples of powerful hits that Shellos is able to take with its bulk investment and eviolite.
* I'd merge your Eviolite line in with your line regarding bulk investment, like this, "Maximized defensive EVs and an eviolite allow Shellos to...."

Usage Tips
* I wouldn't rely too heavily on Shellos to switch in on neutral attacks. I'd clarify that it can switch in on weak neutral attacks since STAB attacks from opponents that are neutral can still hurt.
* Give examples of the certain times you say are better for Shellos to use Toxic over Scald (like versus a bulky opponent and give examples)
* I'd add that when predicting a switch, Shellos should feel free to use recover if its around or below half HP, as this allows it to sustain itself for later on in the match.

Team Options
* I'd add in your Grass-type line that Grass-types can also help take care of Shellos' general difficulty against the tier's common Water-types.
* You need to add a line about Electric-type checks, since Shellos hates dealing with common Electric-types in Magnemite, Chinchou and Elekid. Give examples of mons capable of dealing with the aforementioned Pokemon.

Other Options
* Add in your HP Fire line that it often fails to 2HKO and has limited use outside of hitting Ferroseed anyway.
* Clarify in your Yawn line that it's often less consistent and valuable compared to Shellos' other utility moves.
* Mention in the Counter/Mirror Coat line that these moves are usually fairly situational and less valuable than Shellos' other utility.
* I'd also mention in your Whirlpool line that LC's HP mechanics often means that it takes a while for opponents' damage to rack up.

Checks and Counters
* Taunt isn't a status condition. If you want to mention Taunt users as a different Check/Counter (which I think would be fine) then do it but I'd leave it out of this section.

Implement these changes and give yourself 1/3

Don't think you need examples here. Shellos has a decent movepool with access to Scald, Earth Power, Yawn, Clear Smog, and most importantly Recover. Scald is useful for Water-type STAB chip damage that also has a 30% chance to burn, which discourages physical attackers such as Pawniard, Doduo, and Snubbull from switching in. Doduo shouldn't be switching in to anything. Recover is essential since it provides Shellos with a form of reliable recovery. Earth Power can be used to damage Steel- and Electric-types such as Magnemite, Chinchou, and Alolan-Sandshrew. I wouldn't mention Steel-types here; Shellos would rather Scald most of them. Ice Beam is another coverage option that allow Shellos to deal with Grass-types such as Foongus, Bellsprout and Snivy. Don't mention Bellsprout. Toxic provides Shellos a way to deal with bulkier Pokemon such as Vullaby, Pumpkaboo-S, and Slowpoke. Lastly, Clear Smog is a secondary option that prevents set up users such as Vullaby and Timburr from using Shellos as set up fodder. Mention that Clear Smog hits Cottonee. Also, I think Clear Smog should be slashed before Toxic.
Set Details
========

The EV spread help maximize Shellos's bulk, allowing it to reach a respectable benchmark of 27 HP and 21 in both Defense and Special Defense. In conjunction with Eviolite, Shellos will be able to take hits from Pokemon such as Mudbray, Ponyta, and non-Thunderbolt Staryu well. 4 Speed EVs are added to bring Shellos to a benchmark of 10 Speed, allowing it to outspeed Ferroseed, Foongus, and Munchlax while having a speed tie with Timburr and Skrelp. Skrelp isn't really worth mentioning here. Sticky Hold is the ability of choice since it prevents Shellos's Eviolite from being removed by Knock Off or Trick.

Usage Tips
========

Shellos should be used as a defensive pivot due to its great defensive typing, Eviolite, and decent natural bulk. Switch Shellos in on anticipated Knock Offs from Pokemon such as Mienfoo, Aipom, and Pawniard. Aipom isn't relevant enough to warrant a mention. Shellos can also be switched into weak neutral or resisted attacks due to its bulk. Give an example. Scald is often Shellos's move of choice since it can cripple many Pokemon, especially physical attackers, with a burn. Keep in mind that due to the nerf to burn, using Toxic or Recover may be better at certain times, such as when you anticipate your opponent switching out to a bulkier Pokemon such as Mareanie or Spritzee. Probably shouldn't mention Mareanie here since it can't be poisoned. Shellos must be kept healthy if it is used to check a specific Pokemon such as Ponyta or Drilbur. Due to Shellos's low Speed, it must be able to take one or two hits before being able to recover up. Shellos is easily crippled by status conditions. Therefore, be careful of switching Shellos into Scalds or Knock Offs from Alolan-Grimer. Why Grimer-Alola? Lastly, due to Shellos's low offensive stats, it can be used as set up fodder by Pokemon such as Timburr and Spritzee if Shellos does not run Clear Smog.

Team Options
========

Due to Shellos's passive and defensive nature, it should be used on defensive or balance oriented teams. Grass-types such as Foongus, Ferroseed, and Cottonee appreciate having a check to Fire-types such as Ponyta and Torchic. Foongus and Ferroseed in particular can also check opposing Grass-, Water-, and Electric-types such as Chinchou, Mareanie, and Cottonee that threaten Shellos. How do opposing Water-types threaten Shellos? Ground-types such as Diglett and Mudbray can help check Electric-types such as Magnemite and Elekid. Fire- and Steel-types Examples? appreciate having Ground-types such as Mudbray and Drilbur checked by Shellos. In return, they can help check Grass-types that threaten Shellos. Pokemon that rely on their items such as Eviolite, Choice Scarf, Focus Sash, or Berry Juice like Spritzee, Abra and Magnemite appreciate Shellos's ability to take a Knock Off, Thief, or Trick due to Sticky Hold. You don't need to specify particular items here. Also, don't mention Abra lol Shellos appreciates Heal Bell or Aromatherapy support from Pokemon such as Spritzee, Snubbull, and Chinchou that can remove any status conditions on Shellos.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Hidden Power Fire helps to lure in Ferroseed. However, it has limited uses besides hitting Ferroseed. Yawn can be used as a to either force a switch or to put the foe to sleep but, it is highly situational and less consistent as opposed to Shellos's other utility options. Rest + Sleep Talk is used to help remove status effects on Shellos while fully restoring its HP. This combination isn't ideal since it forces Shellos to sacrifice its other utility options and its passivity intensifies while being asleep as it relies on luck to get a good move. Why would you ever run RestTalk if it gets Recover? Remove this. Counter or Mirror Coat can be used to reflect any strong attacks back to its attacker. However, they require a good amount of prediction and they aren't as valuable compared to Shellos's other options. Memento can be used to safely bring in a set up sweeper. Whirlpool can be used to Toxic stall any Pokemon due to Shellos's access to reliable recovery, allowing it to effectively stall out the opposing Pokemon. Due to Little Cup's HP mechanics, it often takes a while for Toxic damage to accumulate. This sentence should be under Move Details. Lastly, Shellos can utilize boosting moves such as Amnesia, Curse, Stockpile, and Acid Armor, but, due to its low Speed it struggles to set up the majority of the time. The only one of these with real viability is Stockpile. Amnesia and Acid Rmore are outclassed by Stockpile and Shellos can't really make use of Curse since it doesn't get physical STAB.
This should be reordered. I'd order it like this:
Stockpile
Yawn
HP Fire
Memento
Counter/Mirror Coat
Whirlpool

Checks and Counters
===================
**Electric-types**: Electric-types such as Magnemite, Chinchou, and Elekid can threaten Shellos with Electric-type STAB. However, they must be careful of a Shellos carrying Earth Power. Also keep in mind that bulkier variants of Chinchou avoids the 2HKO from Earth Power.

**Grass-types**: Grass-types such as Pumpkaboo-S, Snivy, and Foongus threaten Shellos with Grass-type STAB as well as status moves such as Toxic and Will-o-Wisp. Sun sweepers such as Bellsprout and Bulbasaur can take advantage of Shellos by setting up Growth and then proceed to sweep. Sun is banned now, so remove this sentence. However, all of these Grass-types bar Ferroseed must be worried about getting hit with an Ice Beam.

**Set-up Sweepers**: Set-ups sweepers such as Pawniard, Spritzee and Timburr can take advantage of Shellos' passive nature to boost up. Spritzee, Shed Skin Scraggy, and Timburr don't mind Scald burns or Toxic but, they do not appreciate Clear Smog. Meanwhile, Pawniard does not have to worry about it due to its immunity to Poison but, it has to be careful with Scald burns.

**Status Conditions**: Sustaining burns and being badly poisoned puts Shellos on a timer, which then limits how long Shellos can stall out its enemy. Give examples of foes that can inflict status on Shellos.

**Taunt**: Taunt users such as Cottonee and Mienfoo can prevent Shellos from spreading Toxic or using Recover. Why does this hurt Shellos?

**Wall Breakers**: Due to Shellos's average bulk, wallbreakers such as Life Orb Abra, Bunnelby, and Rufflet can use their high base damage moves to 2HKO Shellos.

Due to Shellos's passive and defensive nature, it should be used on defensive or balanced teams. Grass-types such as Foongus, Ferroseed, and Cottonee appreciate having a check to Fire-types such as Ponyta and Torchic. Foongus and Ferroseed can also check opposing Grass- and Electric-types such as Chinchou and Cottonee that threaten Shellos. Ground-types such as Diglett and Mudbray can help check Electric-types such as Magnemite and Elekid. The aforementioned Fire-types as well as Steel-types such as Magnemite and Pawniard appreciate Shellos checking Ground-types such as Mudbray and Drilbur. In return, they can help check Grass-types that threaten Shellos. Pokemon that rely on their items such as Spritzee, Onix, and Magnemite appreciate Shellos's ability to take a Knock Off, Thief, or Trick thanks to Sticky Hold. Shellos appreciates Heal Bell or Aromatherapy support from Pokemon such as Spritzee, Snubbull, and Chinchou, as they can remove any status conditions on Shellos.

Other Options
=============

Shellos can utilize boosting moves such as Stockpile, but, (RC) due to its low Speed, (AC) it struggles to set up the majority of the time. Yawn can be used to either force a switch or to put the foe to sleep, but it is highly situational and less consistent than Shellos's other utility options. Hidden Power Fire helps to lure in and hit Ferroseed super effectively (iirc with 'lure', something has to be done after luring it in), but it has limited use outside of that. Memento can be used to safely bring in a set up setup sweeper. Counter or Mirror Coat can be used to reflect any strong attacks back to its attacker. However, they require a good amount of prediction and they aren't as valuable compared to Shellos's other options. Whirlpool can be used to Toxic stall out almost any Pokemon thanks to Shellos's access to reliable recovery.

Checks and Counters
===================
**Electric-types**: Electric-types such as Magnemite, Chinchou, and Elekid can threaten Shellos with Electric-type STAB moves. However, they must be careful of a Shellos carrying Earth Power, though keep in mind that bulkier variants of Chinchou avoid the 2HKO.

**Grass-types**: Grass-types such as Pumpkaboo-S, Snivy, and Foongus threaten Shellos with their Grass-type STAB moves as well as status moves such as Toxic and Will-O-Wisp. However, all of these Grass-types bar Ferroseed must be careful of getting hit with Ice Beam.

**Set-up Setup Sweepers**: Set-up Setup sweepers such as Pawniard, Spritzee, and Timburr can take advantage of Shellos's passive nature to boost up. Spritzee, Shed Skin Scraggy, and Timburr don't mind Scald burns or Toxic, though they do not appreciate Clear Smog. Meanwhile, Pawniard does not have to worry about it due to its immunity to poison, but it has to be careful of getting burned by Scald.

**Status Conditions**: Being burned or poisoned from Pokemon such as Pumpkaboo-S, Mareanie, and Alolan-(RH)Grimer limits Shellos's longevity.

**Taunt**: Taunt users such as Cottonee and Mienfoo can prevent Shellos from spreading Toxic or using Recover. This allows Pokemon that Shellos has trouble beating without Toxic such as Slowpoke or and Frillish to switch in with ease, while and having no access to Recover makes Shellos much easier to wear down.

**Wall Breakers Wallbreakers**: Due to Shellos's average bulk, wallbreakers such as Life Orb Abra, Bunnelby, and Rufflet can use their strong moves to 2HKO Shellos.

[OVERVIEW]

Shellos holds a unique niche over common bulky Water-types thanks to Sticky Hold, which allows it to permanently retain its Eviolite. Shellos has a decent movepool with access to Scald, Earth Power, Yawn, Clear Smog, and most importantly Recover. Shellos also has a solid defensive Water typing. However, it also means that Shellos will be vulnerable to common Electric- and Grass-types such as Chinchou, Magnemite, and Foongus. All of Shellos's base stats bar its HP are relatively mediocre, meaning it has middling bulk, which allows powerful wallbreakers such as Abra, Snivy, and Rufflet to significantly weaken it, and Shellos's low offensive stats that cause Shellos it to suck momentum while potentially being used as setup bait.

Scald is a useful as a Water-type STAB move that also has a 30% chance to burn, which discourages physical attackers such as Pawniard, Alolan Grimer, and Snubbull from switching in. Recover is essential, since it provides Shellos with a form of reliable recovery. Earth Power can be used to damage Electric-types such as Magnemite and Chinchou that would otherwise beat Shellos. Ice Beam is another coverage option that allow Shellos to deal with Grass-types such as Foongus, Pumpkaboo-S, and Snivy. Clear Smog prevents setup sweepers such as Vullaby and Timburr from using Shellos as set up setup fodder while also hitting Cottonee harder than Ice Beam. Lastly, Toxic provides Shellos with a way to deal with bulkier Pokemon such as Vullaby, Pumpkaboo-S, and Slowpoke. However, remember that due to the HP mechanics in Little Cup, it often takes a while for Toxic damage to accumulate.

Set Details

The EV spread helps maximize Shellos's bulk, allowing it to reach a respectable benchmark of 27 HP and 21 in both Defense and Special Defense. In conjunction with Eviolite, Shellos will be able to take hits from Pokemon such as Mudbray, Ponyta, and non-Thunderbolt Staryu well. 4 Speed EVs are added to bring Shellos to a benchmark of 10 Speed, allowing it to outspeed Ferroseed, Foongus, and Munchlax while Speed tying with Timburr. Sticky Hold is the ability of choice, since it prevents Shellos's Eviolite from being removed by Knock Off or and Trick.

Usage Tips
========

Shellos should be used as a defensive pivot due to its great defensive typing, Eviolite, and decent natural bulk. Switch Shellos in on anticipated Knock Offs from Pokemon such as Mienfoo and Pawniard. Thanks to its bulk, Shellos can also be switched into weak neutral or and resisted attacks from Pokemon such as Ponyta, Hippopotas, and Kabuto. Scald is often Shellos's move of choice, since it can cripple many Pokemon, especially physical attackers, with a burn. Keep in mind that due to the nerf to burn,(RC) (no generational changes) using Toxic or Recover may be better at certain times, such as when you anticipate your opponent switching in to into a bulkier Pokemon such as Slowpoke or Spritzee. Shellos must be kept healthy if it is used to check a specific Pokemon such as Ponyta or Drilbur. Due to Shellos's low Speed, it must be able to take one or two hits before being able to recover up. Shellos is easily crippled by status conditions, so you should be careful of switching Shellos into status-inducing moves such as Scald from Water-types like Mareanie, Tirtouga, and Frillish, as well as Poison Touch-boosted Knock Offs Off from Alolan Grimer.
