I would toss, Speed's a bit low for offensive Vivillon, and Rash kinda ruins the defensive IVs.

ha timburr is only optainable via dream world and no it doesn't learn it.

I'd prefer you ask for something marked '???' so I have breeding stock for that Pokemon, but anything fresh (not in stock or Egg Moves I don't yet have) will do.
