What are the chances of getting a 6 IV Pokemon from Colosseum?
None, there's no really known method of RNG abuse of Colo/XD (on a retail cart at least) so more likely than not any 6IV pokemon from Colo/XD are hacked. There's only two people I've heard of that know how to abuse on an Emulated Colosseum and they don't trade them.

I personally like Luxury Ball for it, it's about as close as you can get. Safari matches thematically, but you can't get Moxie with it. I also had mine in Quick Balls for a while, not sure why but I kind of liked the way it looked.
Not compatible with Moxie though.
I'm a fan of Premier but idk if you like it.
