1. Not worth it for Giratina. Really, Base 90 is rather crowded so most things with +Speed are above that, like Xerneas or Palkia (and even then they're still sometimes neutral speed).

2. Assuming Shiny All: Dive, Timer/Dive, Heal/Premier, Great, Dive/Nest
