Hmm... that could work. But I think mewtwo's color in this gen is just too pale for the master ball (in my opinion). I was thinking something like shiny weavile (but I already have one)

Get a 6IV Ditto from one of the Ditto giveaways and use that as the father. That would increase your odds significantly without much work.
