Uh, you know that the total damage Cacnea took this round is 45.5ish (not counting poison damage), which is more than the 44 HP he started the round with, right? So he should be KO'd and Destiny Bond should've kicked in at some point in the round (I think it's on Haunter's Sludge Bomb since, as Haunter is slower than Kadabra and Lairon's second Rock Slide missed Cacnea, the Sludge Bomb was the last move that hit Cacnea).

By my calculations, Pay Day does 2.5 damage, leaving Gurdurr with 0.5 HP which means it should immediately be KO'd. If this is not the case and Gurdurr is still alive on action 2, change action 2 to Fake Out (Gurdurr)

Also, I believe if I use Assist, then the target for the moves is determined randomly among all enemies. If I have to specify targets, Ice Beam and Brine are for Gligar and Scald is for Rhydon.
