Sketchmons ORAS - Diggersby and Shell Smash Banned!

(approved by TI, original thread by aesf)

Sketchmons is basically OU, but with one twist: All pokemon can learn the move sketch, but only once. So, for those who don't quite get it yet, it means that any pokemon can learn any "illegal move" (a move that a pokemon normally doesn't learn), BUT that pokemon may only learn 1 "illegal move".

In Sketchmons, you can say goodbye to the days when you used walls without recovery, or powerful offensive pokemon with weak attacks or poor coverage. Now you can abuse the effects of setup moves like shift gear and quiver dance, sleep moves like spore and dark void, or just flat-out nuke moves like explosion to their full potential.

asdf.png

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge/Knock Off
- Roost
- Stealth Rock

Landorus-T is an example of a pokemon who immediately benefits from recovery move distribution. Already a pretty solid defensive pokemon in OU, Landorus-T's longevity suddenly goes through the roof as it gets roost.

Gardevoir @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Trace
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Boomburst
- Taunt/Calm Mind
- Focus Blast
- Psyshock

Mega Gardevoir is a great example of one of those "nuke" pokemon. With an immense 165 base Special attack stat and pixilate boomburst (equivalent to the power of a STAB V-create by comparison), there really isn't much taking a boomburst besides chansey and maybe some steel types.

Metagross @ Metagrossite
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Shift Gear
- Meteor Mash
- Thunder Punch/Grass Knot
- Earthquake

Mega Metagross turns into an absolutely terrifying sweeper/cleaner after one shift gear boost. Has insane power, great bulk, and good speed to round things off; the only things that can stop this once it gets going are strong sucker punch users and certain physical walls.

asdf.png

- Standard OU Banlist
- Moves: Unreleased Moves, Chatter, Shell Smash
- Abilities: Shadow Tag
- Items: King's Rock, Razor Fang, Pinsirite
- Pokemon: Diggersby
- Sketch Clause: A team can have no more than one of the same sketch move per team. (for example you cannot have two pokemon with extremespeed that do not get it normally)
- May be (Very likely, actually) subject to change once more things get tested.

Use this thread to discuss, post battles, and do all the stuff you're supposed to do in threads like these.

List of Recommended moves:
1. High Powered Priority moves: Extremespeed, Sucker Punch, Water Shuriken

2. High powered physical moves: V-Create, Sacred Fire, Crabhammer, Precipice Blades, Earthquake, Close Combat, Head Smash, Diamond Storm, Dragon Ascent, Bolt Strike, Fusion Bolt, Shadow Force, Wood Hammer, Icicle Crash, Knock Off, Gunk Shot, Megahorn, Heavy Slam, Gyro Ball

3. High powered Special moves: Boomburst, Eruption, Blue Flare, Fusion Flare, Water Spout, Origin Pulse, Steam Eruption, Draco Meteor, Spacial Rend, Psycho Boost, Psystrike, Seed Flare, Focus blast, Aura Sphere, Secret Sword, Doom Desire, Hurricane, Power Gem, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Dark Pulse, Technoblast, Night Daze, Shadow Ball, Judgment

4. Draining Moves: Oblivion Wing, Drain Punch, Giga Drain, Draining Kiss, Leech Seed

5. Multi-hitting moves: Tail Slap, Gear Grind, Bullet Seed, Pin Missile, Rock Blast, Dual Chop, Icicle Spear, Beat Up

6. Low accuracy moves that might be useful with No Guard: Zap Cannon, Dynamic Punch, Inferno, Focus Blast, Hurricane, Blizzard

7. Set up moves: Shell Smash, Belly Drum, Swords Dance, Shift Gear, Geomancy, Quiver Dance, Tail Glow, Cosmic Power, Cotton Guard, Coil

8. Recovery and Healing moves: Roost, Recover, Softboiled, Slack Off, Milk Drink, Moonlight, Synthesis, Morning sun, Heal Bell, Wish, Lunar Dance, Refresh

9. Status inducing moves: Spore, Dark Void, Nuzzle, Glare, Toxic, Will-o-wisp

10. Switching moves: Volt Switch, U-turn, Parting Shot, Baton Pass

11. Trapping moves: Infestation, Whirlpool, Fire Spin, Magma Storm

12. Hazards: Stealth Rock, Sticky Web, Spikes, Toxic Spikes

13. Protect variants: King's Shield, Spiky Shield

14. Phazing moves: Dragon Tail, Roar, Whirlwind, Circle Throw

15. Set up counters: Topsy Turvy, Haze, Clear Smog, Heart Swap

16. Others (they have their own uses): Perish Song, Taunt, Trick, Psycho Shift, Transform, Metal Burst, Destiny Bond, Trick Room, Endeavor, Fake Out, Rapid Spin, Pursuit, Electrify, Skill Swap, Defog, Tailwind, Explosion, Psych Up

This should cover all needed moves, from attacks and set up to gimmicks like Electrify and Beat Up. Note that I didn't list some moves because there are better versions of them (like Blue Flare and Fire Blast). I still list both moves if there are power vs accuracy comparison (like EQ and Precipice Blades).

Heatran @ Power Herb
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 88 HP / 252 SpA / 168 Spe
Modest Nature
- Geomancy
- Fire Blast
- Flash Cannon
- Taunt

Ditto @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Imposter
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
- Skill Swap

Landorus-Therian @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Ascent
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
- U-turn

Gardevoir @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Boomburst
- Psyshock
- Focus Blast
- Taunt

Tyranitar @ Smooth Rock
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge
- Pursuit
- Parting Shot

Excadrill @ Life Orb
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Shift Gear
- Rock Slide
- Iron Head

This is a Hyper offensive team that relies on Sand and a great cleaner in Geomancy Heatran to accomplish it's goals. Double Scarf is a bad concept in most tiers, but Ditto's effectiveness actually makes it work well on this team, especially because Landorus doesn't trap itself by attacking due to U-turn. Sand is very effective in a meta full of speed control and fast sweepers, especially because Excadrill resists Extremespeed and other forms of priority, such as Talonflame's Brave Bird or Acrobatics. Excadrill also retains the ability to set up and sweep teams even without sand support due to Shift Gear. Tyranitar is also a great setter because Parting Shot now allows it to play as a specially bulky pivot that gives many mons on the team opportunities to set up as a result of its slowness. Geomancy Heatran is a really cool cleaner in the tier, being very unexpected by most players, who predict a defensive set that sketches Recover. It's switch-forcing abilities create cleaning opportunities. Earth Power can be chosen over Taunt, but it was generally unnecessary on this team, and Taunt breaks balance that tries to phase very efficiently.

Currently playable on rom

Have fun!

Sketchmons Viability Rankings
Viability thread made by AllJokesAside in post #354 page 15.

Welcome to the official Sketchmons Viability Rankings topic. You should know the drill by now; In this thread, we as a community will rank every single usable Pokemon into "tiers." In this thread, you're encouraged to post your thoughts and opinions on the various Pokemon that are usable in Sketchmons and what tier they should fall under. Posts in this thread will be taken into account when deciding rank changes.
The general idea of the topic is to rank each Sketchmons pokemon under "rankings" that go in descending order. Since this is a general tier list, everything is lumped together. There won't be any segregation between offense & defense threats.
  • EX: Garchomp can be ranked in A tier as an offensive threat, Ferrothorn can be ranked under A as supportive threat and Skarmory can be can also be ranked in B tier as a defensive threat. These are just examples not representative of their future or current ranks.

Rules
  • Post intelligently. Posts like "I think pokemon X should be in this tier" will be deleted.
  • Usage statistics may be used to support an argument or a claim, but don't base your ENTIRE argument around them. For example, you can't just say "Pokemon X shouldn't be this tier because they aren't used that often!"
  • Suspect talk, unrelated stuff, one liners that ask questions that provide no substance, something that doesn't really pertain to rankings or petty arguments about semantics and definitions, such as the definition of a counter as one example, will be deleted.

I played this meta months ago. Some pokes I've used before. Sketch moves bolded.

Pinsir @ Pinsirite
Ability: Hyper Cutter
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant/Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Extremespeed
- Close Combat
- Earthquake/Stone Edge/Knock Off

Basically -atespeed spam. If you look for checks and counters, it's pretty much the same as OU.

Porygon-Z @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Boomburst
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power Fighting/Shadow Ball/Psyshock

Adaptability Boomburst with Scarf. Works great as revenge killer.

Thundurus @ Life Orb
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid/Naive Nature
- Oblivion Wing
- Nasty Plot
- Focus Blast/Superpower
- Thunder Wave

Thundurus is frail, but it's fast and has a pretty high power. Now it can abuse Oblivion Wing to make it alive longer. A great Pinsir check I think.

There's also V-create Zard X, DD Extremespeed Mega Altaria, SD Gear Grind Scizor, Water Spout Keldeo and Recover Registeel.

Edit: forgot about this.

Wobbuffet @ Leftovers
Ability: Shadow Tag
EVs: 52,HP / 232 Def / 224 Spe
Bold Nature
- Counter
- Mirror Coat
- Safeguard
- Recover

Necturna: The Metagame

Charizard X looks fun here. Flare Blitz recoil has always been a bit of a pain in the butt, so you can now toss Sacred Fire in over that and get most of the power with no recoil and a tasty burn chance. Bulky sets won't even have to run Will-O-Wisp for burns anymore, which frees up a moveslot for Earthquake to bop those smarmy Heatrans. V-Create is another alternative here; the drawbacks suck, but dang man, +2 V-Create OHKOs 252/252+ Mega Altaria a good chunk of the time after Stealth Rock. I've also always wondered what a mixed Charizard X with Draco Meteor would be like, so here's a good chance to find out. Oh, and Shell Smash Charizard X = yes.

Do unreleased moves count here? Because Magic Guard Clefable with Light of Ruin sounds really fun. All the power for none of the recoil.

Bulky Chomp with reliable recovery sounds cool. It's always had the bulk of a true defensive tank, but it's also lacked the recovery to stick around for the long haul until now. I'd go with Milk Drink myself because lol shark milk.

Dragon Ascent > Brave Bird on Talonflame sounds really cool. Not so good for defensive sets, but it's cool for sweeping since you don't have to worry about knocking yourself out with recoil. On the note of Flying-types, Aeroblast is a pretty nice upgrade over Hurricane, so Tornadus-T can really appreciate that. Oblivion Wing is another option since the extra healing can probably make up for the loss of power.

Serperior can now run Overheat > HP Fire or Draco Meteor > Dragon Pulse. Sweet.

Rapid Spin Tyranitar...good luck spinblocking that.

That's all that jumps out at me at the moment. Sounds neat!

Some things that I can see being interesting right off the bat:

Scizor gets either Gear Grind or Pin Missile, both of which are powerful STAB moves when boosted by technician

Heatran gets reliable recovery! or King's Shield if you don't really want the recovery

Boosting moves like Tail Glow, Quiver Dance, Shift Gear and Shell Smash are going to be much more prominent, especially on pokemon which have an expansive movepool already

Bulky Walls like Chansey would appreciate having Metal Burst as an option to deal heavy damage to attackers

that's all I can think of at a glance, will probably be posting more ideas if I get them

On a more serious note, I see a ton of potential in moves

Sticky Web will be extremely common most likely, meaning flyers will be extremely viable

I hope and don't hope that unreleased moves are out. Thousand Arrows would be common, but Steam Eruption would be hell.

V-Create Serperior has a small chance to be viable as it has the same amount of Atk and Spa

Perish Song could become a problem, as it kills something every turn.

Boomburst will become extremely common, as it's 140 BP without downsides

Chatter will most likely be banned because it's chatter

Final Gambit could make for a very trolly idea with Blissey, Slaking, etc.

FEAR

Higher on the latter, this could will be extremely fun

Nobody thought about Kyurem-Black?
Want physical Ice STAB? Go Icicle Crash/Icicle Spear.
Want an absolutely broken a true monster? Shell Smash + White Herb says hi. Oh wait, and Shift Gear too.

Spore might be useful on set-up sweepers to get rid of would-be counters. It might work on fast leads too (Aerodactyl? Azelf too). Therefore Safety Goggles will be a good item to run on some mons (luckily there's Sleep Clause here so no Spore spam ^_^). This will raise Dark Void's viability to surprise said mons.

Geomancy can make a lot of mons a true terror. Luckily they only get one chance to set-up. Some Geomancy users could be Heatran, Manaphy or Clefable.

Coil is a Bulk Up upgrade.
Quiver Dance is a Calm Mind upgrade.
Shift Gear is a Dragon Dance upgrade.
Blue Flare is a Fire Blast upgrade.
Psystrike is a Psyshock upgrade.
Crabhammer is a Waterfall upgrade.
Spiky Shield is a Protect upgrade.
Boomburst is a Hyper Voice upgrade.
Tail Glow is a Nasty Plot upgrade.

Will think of more later, don't have much time atm

Charizard X looks fun here. Flare Blitz recoil has always been a bit of a pain in the butt, so you can now toss Sacred Fire in over that and get most of the power with no recoil and a tasty burn chance.
Sacred Fire does not make contact and therefore does not benefit from Tough Claws. If you're looking for Tough Claws Fire moves lacking recoil, go to V-Create, Blaze Kick, or Heat Crash.

I hope and don't hope that unreleased moves are out. Thousand Arrows would be common, but Steam Eruption would be hell.
...? Thousand Arrows would be hell, Steam Eruption is just Scald with crap PP, a chance to miss, and a modest improvement to damage. Thousand Arrows is only resisted by Grass and Bug, which are types unlikely to leap in viability just because Sketch is everywhere. Indeed they'll probably go down now that you can get stuff like Spore on Sableye instead of bothering with Grass types for Spore. Meanwhile, premiere Physical wall Skarmory dies horribly to stuff like Swords Dance Garchomp's Thousand Arrows freeing Garchomp up to have a coverage move that isn't Fire Blast, at no real cost.

Perish Song could become a problem, as it kills something every turn.
... no? Perish Song is only really threatening when combined with trapping. Mind, partial trapping like Fire Spin works too, as does stuff like Mean Look, so bulky Pokemon with natural access to some form of trapping and Perish Song may well be a big thing.

Boomburst will become extremely common, as it's 140 BP without downsides
Except for that downside where you could've grabbed some other move with more payoff. Personally, I'd have rather Quiver Dance Mega Gardevoir than Boomburst Mega Gardevoir -it's Speed tier of 100 is much more often a problem than a lack of firepower. It's already brutally lethal.

Side note; I personally think allowing unreleased moves is fine. Smeargle will eventually be able to sketch them, and all of them, thousand arrows in particular, are viable but not broken.
If you gave every Pokemon in the game access to Sketch as an egg move would Thousand Arrows release itself into the game?

Man, there's so much madness in this meta. I imagine Mega Pidgeot will be torn between No Guard Sing and No Guard Zap Cannon/Blizzard/etc, Prankster Spore is effortless, the list is endless. Though at least it's not Quiver Dance Boomburst Mega Gardevoir type shenanigans.

canno

formerly The Reptile
Hoopa-Unbound is hype in this meta. It can sketch Shift Gear, Shell Smash, Sucker Punch, ExtremeSpeed (for weaker but more reliable priority), Taunt, Quiver Dance, and even Tail Glow for a nasty wall breaker. It has a lot of options in this metagame - you can even run coverage on it to break any wall, but I don't think that's the greatest idea, since its coverage is already decent enough. Still, if there's a specific wall you want to break you can run coverage for it - Freeze-Dry, for example, lets you break through Lando-T and Quagsire, along with other bulky Ground- and Water-types. Lando-T and Quagsire are notable for being easily demolished by this move, where as other bulky Ground- and Water-type Pokemon will probably need to be worn down first, although you can do massive damage to them even with a mixed set (for example - 4 SpA Life Orb Hoopa-U Freeze-Dry vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Manaphy: 208-247 (51.4 - 61.1%) -- 94.1% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery). A lot of options for our friend.

Illuso said:
Sketch cannot sketch Chatter (hallelujah!)
Praise Arceus, that's a huge relief.
Quiver Dance, Shift Gear and Shell Smash will be every where along with -atespeed.
Lord Altaria

Sableye: The Troll
Spore
Dark Void
Parting Shot
Destiny Bond
Sticky Web
Many more options

Parting shot would be a huge buff to volt-turn teams

Food for thought. Since this is needs some revival, I'M goona submit some teams.

Nature: Jolly
- Pursuit
- Sucker Punch
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake

Thundurus @ Life Orb
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 HP / 252 Spe
Nature: Timid
- Taunt

Lopunny @ Lopunnite
Ability: Limber
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe

Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 SpA / 80 Def / 176 Spe
Nature: Timid

- Aura Sphere

Excadrill @ Life Orb
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 def / 252 Spe
Nature: Jolly
- Iron Head
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Shift Gear

The gameplan is simple. Get up priority Rocks with Whimscott, then keep up offensive pressure to keep rocks on until the opponent is weak, then clean up with Togekiss. Tyranitar gets rid of Spinners and gets rid of Gengar and steels for Togekiss at the same time. Thundy deals with Defoggers, Bulky Waters and Bird Spam. Nasty Plot allows it to punch serious holes in teams, while Twave cripples opposing sweepers. Mega Loppuny is the team's revenge killer, and it does what it does best. It is the only viable FakeSpe3der in the meta and thats high achievement, and due to the fact that that's what its basically spamming, it peefers an adamant nature. Excadrill is the team's secondary win condition and is straight forward: Set up with Shift Gear, and terrorize the Meta. It gets the speed of Sand Rush and it keeps Mold Breaker. Its perfect coverage gives it an easy time as the best steel type sweeper after Megagross is banned, cuz it WILL get banned.

Chansey @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 Sdef
Nature: Bold
- Transform
- Soft-Boiled
- Thunder Wave
- Seismic Toss

Skarmory @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 172 Def / 86 Spe / 252 HP
Nature: Impish

Nature: Impish
- Calm Mind
- Dark Void/Spore
- Dark Pulse
- Recover

Quagsire @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpDef
Nature: Relaxed
- Scald
- Precipice Blades/Spikes
- Toxic
- Recover

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpDef / 4 Def
Nature: Calm
- Moonblast
- Recover
- Thunder Wave
- Heal Bell

Klefki @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpDef / 252 Def
Nature: Impish
- Dark Void/Topsy-Turvy
- Thunder Wave
- Foul Play
- Switcheroo

With each member able to inflict status bar Skarm, by the time Sableye is ready, (klefki can inflict three by the way) over 50% of the opposing team will have status. The team basically trolls the meta. Klefki acts as a solid check to Mega Metagross, While Quagsire and Clefable terrorize set up sweepers. Chansey and Skarm act as a solid and classic SkarmBliss core, and Sableye trolls and sweeps.

Today I've decided to do something different. Rain Offence without SwiftSwim.

I know most view it as hard, silly or even impossible, but it can be done with the power of Sketch! (Swift Swimmers are almost always grass weak anyways)

The team.

Politoed @ Damp Rock
EVs: 252 HP / 200 SpDef / 56 SpA
Ability: Drizzle
IVs: 0 Attk
- Toxic
- Scald
- Recover
- Encore

I have discovered a truly remarkable CT which this box is t-
is a Smogon Media Contributor Alumnusis a Battle Simulator Moderator Alumnus
There are most likely going to be a large percentage of teams with multiple setup mons, and this metagame puts a lot of pressure on players to prevent or beat their opponents to these insane sweeps. I don't think it's quite possible by good playing alone to be able to almost always prevent any setup whatsoever. Everything can boost in insane ways, so here's the best answer.

Sableye @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Topsy-Turvy
- Recover
- Taunt
- Knock Off / Will-o-Wisp

Sableye is the best choice because it's immune to Extremespeed; other Pranksters are beaten by Belly Drum + Espeed (in a meta with this much potential you probably don't want to waste your Mega slot on a purely utility mon, so no Mega Banette, and Klefki can probably live a +6 Espeed from most things but doesn't have recovery and takes too much damage). We don't know the meta exactly so how to mix the Defense and Special Defense EVs isn't clear yet, but you probably want more physically defensive to maybe survive +6 Aqua Jets/Bullet Punches/Ice Shards.

But this meta is Boomburst spam and mindless boosting, so here's some:

Slaking @ Eject Button
Ability: Truant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Skill Swap
- Return
- Pursuit
- Earthquake

Gothitelle @ Leftovers
Ability: Shadow Tag
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
IVs: 2 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 Spe
- Acupressure
- Protect
- Psychic / Psyshock
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Best with Sticky Web support so Slaking can Skill Swap before the opponent moves. Everything here is pretty self-explanatory I think.. although this core isn't good and I don't recommend using it, especially since the Sableye I posted above, plus several other things, completely end this core. Just to show how broken this meta can be.

Oh. If you REALLY want to spread Status, you can use this Pidgeot set

Pidgeot @ Pidgeotite
Ability: Big Pecks
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hurricane
- Inferno/Zap Cannon
- Roost
- U-turn

No Guard Inferno or Zap Cannon has been annoying in every Meta it's allowed in. Now this is a Pokemon with a 135 base Special Attack and 121 base Speed that gets them. I expect this to be used a bit. You can probably alter the EVs and Nature around so you can be bulkier and spread status quicker and more often.

Also Pidgeot has acces to a perfectly accurate Dark Void (over Spore because it affects Grass-types and over Sing and the like because Soundproof). Sounds annoying (no pun intended).

Sableye @ Focus Sash
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Taunt
- Stealth Rock
- Knock Off
- Shadow Sneak

Cool Stealth Rock lead that beats most other leads outside of Magic Bouncers and Oblivious Pokemon. It also self-spinblocks non-Scrappy Pokemon and Taunts non-Prankster Defoggers. The last two slots have a lot of interesting options like Fake Out, Metal Burst, Gravity, Rain Dance, Sunny Day, Sucker Punch and Role Play.

Serperior @ Life Orb
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 29 HP / 0 Atk
- Leaf Storm
- Secret Sword
- Dragon Pulse
- Glare / Giga Drain

Secret Sword beats many of Serperior's typical answers like Heatran, Chansey, SpD Skarmory and Ferrothorn, while also having extra perks against Bisharp, Empoleon and a few Assault Vest Pokemon like Hoopa-U. It still struggles against Togekiss, Tornadus-T and Talonflame, but Glare gives it a better matchup against them.

Entei @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Recover
- Sacred Fire
- Toxic
- Bulldoze / Stone Edge

This is a really nice check to Mega Gardevoir as well as Mega Charizard Y, Serperior, Sylveon and others. Bulldoze beats Heatran mainly and lowers the Speed of offensive switchins, while Stone Edge makes the matchup against Zard easier.

This whimscott from my post beats it and other conventional leads better, due to higher speed.

Whimscott @ Focus Sash
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Nature: Timid
- Taunt
- Stealth Rock
- Moonblast
- Memento

I think this set is better for it, so it can beat its most common defensive checks while still taking on heatran.

Serperior @ Life Orb
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 Attk / 252 Spe or 252 SpA / 4 SpDef / 252 Spe
Nature: Hasty or Timid
- Leaf Storm
- V-Create/Overheat
- Hidden Power (Ground)
- Taunt/Glare/Dragon Pulse

With this set, it handles Mega Venu, SpDef Zapdos and Heatran all at once, abeit not easily. Due to this being a stallbreaker set, it has those moves to handle common checks while breaking big members of stall. If stallbrealing ain't your thing, you can always try the other moves, but i think that's what Seperior does best.

And your Entei set lt looks legit, no errors there.

I actually completely forgot about this set lol. First one in your post. Prevents spinning too w/ Memento. Thanks for the set critiques.

Set dump pt. II:
Aggron @ Stone Plate / Life Orb / Expert Belt
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant/Jolly Nature
- Shift Gear
- Head Smash
- Fire Punch
- Heavy Slam / Ice Punch

Self-explanatory physical sweeper. Competes with Tyrantrum a bit to an extent, but its physical bulk and Steel/Rock typing allow it to check and setup on some Fairies, defensive mons and a few weaker physical attackers. Jolly outspeeds Mega Manectric, Mega Sceptile and co.

Pangoro @ Leftovers
Ability: Scrappy
EVs: 212 HP / 40 Atk / 232 Def / 24 Spe
Impish Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Gunk Shot / Toxic / Parting Shot
- Drain Punch
- Knock Off

Cool spinner that doesn't worry about spinblockers. I had used defensive Pangoro in OU as a bulky pivot before with the same spread and Parting Shot in the first slot; it works decently as a spinner in this meta with its bulk and SR resistance. Mega Lopunny can also Scrappy spin and Kangashkan could work in theory.

A sample team I made, just fiddling with a regen core with a magic bouncer and an blanket checker like Cresselia coupled with hazard control from Chansey, which also checks Mega Gardevoir

Tornadus-Therian (M) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 132 HP / 160 SpA / 216 Spe
Timid Nature
- Scald
- U-turn
- Air Slash
- Focus Blast

Slowbro @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
- Volt Switch
- Scald
- Slack Off
- Toxic

Tangrowth @ Choice Specs
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 SpA
Rash Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Knock Off

Cresselia (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 68 Def / 4 SpA / 184 SpD
Calm Nature
- Milk Drink
- Ice Beam
- Psyshock
- Thunder Wave

Diancie @ Diancite
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- King's Shield
- Moonblast
- Earth Power
- Diamond Storm

Chansey (F) @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
- Soft-Boiled
- Seismic Toss
