Slaking

Slaking is of course one of the best Physical attackers out there (besides legendaries), and that cannot be ignored. However, we all know about it's hindering ability that makes it complete and utter garbage competitively. I propose that Slaking can be used competitively in Smogon Doubles, and works quite well, but you must have the correct steps to use it effectively. For instance, Slaking's Truant can be eliminated with Gastro Acid or swapped with Skill Swap, and then you can mega evolve or switch out to change that ability altogether. Do that, and Slaking is a complete monster on the battlefield. Below are some potential movesets for Smogon Doubles Slaking.

1: Bulky Physical Sweeper:

Slaking @ Leftovers
Ability: Truant (duh)
EVs: 252 Atk / 172 Def / Rest in HP or Speed
Nature: Impish or Adamant
-Return
-Gunk Shot/Sucker Punch
-Slack Off
-Rock Slide/Shadow Claw

This set is for those who wish to run a more Physical Slaking, but still be a bit defensive, or a troll. Return is obviously your primary STAB, and will cause serious pain to those who get in it's way. Next, we have Gunk Shot or Sucker Punch, the choice being your's. Gunk Shot is good for those who want a good chance at inflicting Poison, and have a high power move, the down side being the 80% accuracy, whereas Sucker Punch is good for potential problems to Slaking who may be targeting it in particular. Slack Off will be a last resort healing move, as Slaking does out-speed quite a bit with a base 100 speed. Finally, Rock Slide and Shadow Claw, the choice is your's again. Rock Slide is good for flinching the target, and hitting both opponents in Smogon Doubles, and Shadow Claw is nice for pesky Ghost types on the field looking to ruin Slaking's rampage.

2: Physically Defensive:
Slaking @ Leftovers
Ability: Truant
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / Rest in Atk
Nature: Impish
-Attract/Yawn
-Encore
-Bulk Up/Amnesia
-Return

Sorry, I appreciate the effort, but you should lurk the doubles forum more to learn that slaking is bad, and you should read the first thread in the Doubles Analyses forum to know that this is the wrong way to go about this.
