so I started with the given core of scizor and toxapex. I added sd groundium z garchomp to make holes for scizor and to deal with stall better(fire fang lures skarm). I had a weakness to lele, koko and greninja so ferro was added, to check those mons and with protect it semi checks metagross. Ferro also provides rocks support. koko was added for speed control(eases the matchup vs more offensive teams) and to finish the volt-turn core. fini was added to provide a zard x check, provide a form of hazard removal and to help vs stall.

on an alt I tested the team quite a bit on the suspect ladder and it seemed to perform well.

The core is cool, very good balance duo capable of taking hits, as well as MScizor being a good win-con. Landorus-T alleviates strong Ground-types from tearing through the core and removes pressure from MScizor to tank EQs. Waterium Z Manaphy is another great win-con, with a +1 speed to punish offensive teams and a one time Hydro Vortex to push through fat stuff and let MScizor sweep. CB Tapu Bulu just wallbreaks and creates holes for MScizor and Manaphy, and Muk-Alola prevents Firebug from tearing through the team, as well as a solid switch in and trapped to Psychic-types like Lele.

this team is ass. you're basically trying to cheese your opponent with surprise SD passes, but it's not dedicated BP and realistically you could just switch to a more standard Sciz set, make Zygarde DD, and slap Scarf on Tran and be good to go. but that's fuckin boring, and in a desperate attempt to make this not boring, I present this shit. MSciz/Pex/Tang core handles p much any offensive threat in the meta, and Power Herb Heatran can net some kills on Finis and shit who think they're safe from Solarbeam since non-mega Gyara is on the team.

If you want an actual good Toxapex-MSciz team, there's like 40 of them right here by players much better than any of the people who have posted so far.

This is a nice little balanced squad I made last night. Yes, I know it is very similar to a team made by KratosMana, but there are some key differences between my team and his (no I did not take his team and make small changes to it to make it my own. I literally found out they were similar today). Anyways, the team starts with the required core of Mega Scizor + Toxapex. I chose to use SD scizor since its a good late-game wincon, and the team doesn't really need defog. The EVs let it outspeed Modest Magnezone, and the Defense lets it take a +2 Z-Superpower from and Adamant Tapu Bulu. The rest is thrown into Sp. Def. Toxapex takes fire moves for Sciz and beats Volcarona, Zard Y, etc. I chose Bloom Doom Tran next to trap and kill bulky waters like Fini and Toxapex for Scizor. Taunt also makes it a good stallbreaker. I chose Leech Seed Tapu Bulu next to check Tapu Koko, Ash-Gren, and Garchomp. I chose this over something that can check Koko or Gren better like AV Tang or Ferrothorn almost solely for Grassy Terrain, which massively helps out Scizor, Pex, and Heatran. I chose superpower over something like Protect or Zen Headbutt so that Bulu isn't spikes bait for Ferrothorn. Next, I chose defensive lando. It gives me rocks, as well as a check to Mega Mawile and ground types. Also forms a U-Turn core with Scizor. The last mon I chose was Keldeo. Keldeo is a nice glue that is mainly used to revenge kill things like Volcarona and Greninja. This team is pretty weak to Hoopa (but what balanced team isn't really). Opposing offensive Tran is a problem too. Overall, its a pretty solid team imo.

Enjoy! :]

Of course I started off with toxapex and scizor, I don't think toxapex's set needs an explanation. The only thing worth discussing is toxic spikes, I wanted toxic spikes to sort of force opponents into attempting to spin or better yet defog. If it poisons something that's even better. Oh and I invested in some special defense for charizard-y. Instead of going with the typical swords dance boring mega scizor set I chose pursuit to take out tapu lele, gross, and etc. Next was marowak for the tapu koko/electric check, stealth rock on this because I wanted to scarf Heatran for some speed control. Heatran also doubles as a soft tapu lele check. Tangrowth is a great avest mon and is here as the primary water check. shed shell tapu lele serves as the stallbreaker.
