The LIVE Tournaments are on the IRC channel #smogonwifi. We play these tournaments relatively often so keep your eye on Wifi Tournaments for a thread titled similarly to this one. Also, if enough people are on as well as someone to run the tournament, we could have one at any time. So its a good idea to stay in #smogonwifi participate in discussion and have fun!

Some people have been having trouble with time issues. Try to get there an
hour early to avoid issues.

Wait, Pokerob's right. I make the same mistake all the time. During 2010, all times from March 14th to November 7th are more accurately referred to as Eastern Daylight Time as opposed to Eastern Standard Time. That's why we thought we were an hour ahead of schedule.

Though honestly, Daylight Savings doesn't make any damn sense.

Oh, this afternoon? Man, I haven't EV'ed any of my team. WHich means I've got some work to do. And it's already 6am! But I haven't been to bed yet!

EST is 5 hours different from GMT, but currently we're running on BST (British Summer Time) instead. But I think Alaka meant EDT, judging by above posts... So, probably 8pm BST start.

The first tournament usually takes 2-3 hours, the second is about half that length.
