lol it's not much of a "build", just an irregularly high metabolism and about 100 pushups a day. plus i take AMP weight gainer which contains 50g of protein per serving and 3g creatine along with tons of amino acids. I'm 6'2" and weigh 155, about 20 pounds underweight. and yeah ninahaza lets fuckin chill my dude. hit up a vgc or somethin.
