I was told that we'd have Ocenia friendly timings too. It's shitty that some of us can't play in such a tournament because of our timezones, and I think that tours that are convenient to the other side of the world can be easily hosted because I'm sure that there are people who'll be willing to host them. Much appreciated if this gets done

On the day that the Tour happens, the host will post a sign-up thread. Post "In" and head to Smogtours while you wait for the host to post your first-round matchup in the OP.
