Before I move onto the last matter I want to announce, I want to take this time to all of this season’s hosts. This tournament would not be possible without you guys; everyone appreciates the time and effort you guys put into hosting these tours. Special mention goes to Fatecrashers, reyscarface, and symphonyx64 for doing a great job as always, and to all of the new hosts we had this season. If you happen to cross paths with anyone who hosted a tour this season, it’d be nice if you could send them a heartfelt thank you for all of their hard work! I would also like to extend my gratitude to Iconic for sticking with me this season and doing calculating point totals every week. You may or may not know, but it’s extremely tedious to calculate points, especially when you’re working with nearly 500 or more names. So, thanks again for doing them so efficiently this season!
Now, as you all know, big man on campus Philip7086 has been overseeing tour for quite a while now and usually posts this thread. He's been an unbelievable contributor to the Smogon Tour, hosting numerous tours and adding up point totals for god knows how long. In addition to that, Phil has always been there to help resolve any problem that arise throughout the season. Unfortunately, Philip will no longer be able to actively oversee the Smogon Tour, seeing as he's very busy with his in real life job, where he always bosses and shows-up his co-workers. As such, I (and I'm positive he himself) would appreciate it if you could thank him for all that he's done. The Smogon Tour wouldn't be what it is today without him, so thank you for everything, and we wish you the best of luck in real life.

Rules
For those of you who are not familiar with the Smogon Tour finals, each match-up will consist of a Bo3 - 1 BW OU, 1 DPP OU, 1 ADV OU. The tiers for each metagame are locked at the time of this post (and will be posted below for clarity).
Here are the rules / clauses for the remainder of this season's finals:
- Timer must be on
- Species Clause
- Pokemon in the Uber tier are banned.
- Sleep Clause
- Evasion Clause (Brightpowder and Lax Incense are allowed)
- OHKO Clause
- Unlike in the regular season, Self-KO Clause is off; a tied game is cause for a rematch with the option to change teams
- Ingrain Smeargle is banned

- Species Clause
