Tournament Specific Rules and Information:

This tournament consists of 3 tiers: XY, BW2, and DPP Ubers. A group of 30 handpicked participants will be split into 3 groups of 10, which are then split into groups of 5. There will be 2 groups for each tier, consisting of 5 people each. Each player will play every other player in his pool in a BO1. Note that the groups are randomized, so you might face the same people multiple times. After each week, you will be moved to a tier which you've not played yet so that everyone plays each tier. After the 3 weeks are up, the top 16 people with the best W:L ratio go through to the playoffs, where they will be seeded and pitted against each other in a BO3. Additionally, any player that leads or ties for the lead of a pool (limited to a two-way tie) will automatically have a chance to make the playoffs! The playoffs phase will continue until we have ourselves a champion!

Activity decisions will be given out if there is obvious evidence supporting them. There will be no coin flips in the event of equal activity; the match will not count as a win or a loss for either player.
