A set I used back in the Missy metagame, it still works like a charm today.

[SET]
Name: Little Cup Lure
move 1: Blizzard
move 2: Wood Hammer
move 3: Ice Shard
move 4: Hidden Power Fire / Swords Dance
item: Life Orb / Oran Berry
nature: Adamant
evs: 196 HP / 184 Atk / 36 Def / 24 SpA / 40 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

While this set looks identical to the Swords Dance set, its tried-and-true purpose is to effectively lure in several Pokemon with the combination of Blizzard and Wood Hammer. This ultimately opens up sweeping opportunities for Snover's teammates. Outside of luring, Snover makes an excellent mid-game transition Pokemon, as it is able to keep Rain Dance teams at bay throughout the entire match.

This set's success lies in pulling off the combination correctly; however, it is important to note that revealing Wood Hammer before Blizzard might expose this set's true purpose. If everything goes correctly, this set will effectively lure typical switch-ins to Blizzard, namely Munchlax and Mantyke. With Stealth Rock down, Munchlax and Mantyke are always 2HKOed by the aforementioned combination. Ice Shard can check Gligar, while Hidden Power Fire allows Snover to hit Bronzor and opposing Snover for super effective damage. The former will be hit for the 4HKO, while the latter is OHKOed. Swords Dance can replace Hidden Power Fire if you want to sweep late-game with Snover after it accomplishes its luring task. If you do choose to use Swords Dance, remember to remove 4 EVs from Attack, Special Attack, and Speed, as they are not necessary with 31 IVs. You can use the leftover EVs to add an additional point in Special Defense.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

Life Orb is highly recommended on this set in order to achieve the 2HKO on Munchlax and Mantyke. However, Oran Berry makes a better alternative if you prefer to maintain good health. The EVs are allocated to maximize Snover's bulk and offensive prowess.

Make sure to pair Snover with something that benefits from Munchlax's and Mantyke's removal. There are several candidates who benefit from this: Chinchou, Mantyke, Gastly, and Porygon are perfect examples of Pokemon who shine with the aforementioned threats removed from the match.

This set is notoriously difficult to switch into, since typical counters are effectively dealt with by Blizzard and Wood Hammer. Bronzor and Houndour are your best bets since they resist Snover's assaults. Using a Houndour of your own can be quite beneficial, since it can absorb Fire-type attacks directed at Snover and dispose of Bronzor with Fire Blast. Mantyke fits in offensively alongside Snover, since it benefits from Munchlax's removal and can act as a defensive check to Houndour.

I'm a bit confused as to why Swords Dance is on that set to be honest. As you said in the analysis, Swords Dance is just a move Snover can use to keep it from being weak; however, I don't see how Snover is offensively weak without it. Blizzard and Wood Hammer are two base 120 STAB attacks that hit extremely hard, and Ice Shard is just a basic priority move that really doesn't need Swords Dance in my opinion. Also, Swords Dance does not increase Blizzard's power, and it just makes Snover more vulnerable to Wood Hammer's recoil. Don't forget that Snover is Stealth Rock weak and you may not even use Oran Berry. I just think Swords Dance is a big waste of a moveslot and is a move you are not going to use as often. Unless there's a valid reason as to why Swords Dance needs to be used, I think it should be removed for another move. Perhaps Hidden Power Fire? I don't really know.

HP Fire (Bronzor and opposing Snover) or Ground (Aron survives Wood Hammer, and it hits Houndour) should absolutely go in that Swords Dance slot because, unless you missed something, Swords Dance just seems like it's there doing nothing as Fuzznip noted.

If there is a reason for Swords Dance to be on this set, then you need to mention it anyway.

Some calcs, like HP Fire against Bronzor, and examples of important OHKOes that it gets after a SD would be helpful.

"Ice Shard can check Gligar throughout the entire match,"
no need for the underlined bit.

"while Hidden Power Fire allows Snover to hit Bronzor or Snover for super effective damage."
not useful unless you know how much.

"Swords Dance could replace Hidden Power Fire if want to"
missing a word there.

"Bronzor and Houndour are your best bets since they resist Snover’s assaults. "
when you edit the set you need to make sure the SCs stay relevant and accurate.

Very good, errors were quite scarce.

@Dr. Reid: "Little Cup" shouldn't be put in the title of the set because LC is Snover's primary tier. If anything "UU" should be put in its UU movsets, which I think it already is.
Incorrect. It makes absolutely no sense to not specify which set it is when it's possible. Look at Ludicolo for example. Just because it has a "main tier" does not mean that it shouldn't be specified.

Actually, every other UU/OU analysis doesn't have UU in front of the UU sets, same with OU/Uber for the OU set. The only reason it says UU is because you uploaded the analysis. Rather, it should be like the Gligar and Hippopotas analyses: both tiers are mentioned.
