David begins by firing a powerful Zap Cannon, only to find that F has Protected herself from the electric blast. The Kadabra follows up with a Psyshock attack while F Bites into his substitute. Then the two pokemon trade Shadow Balls, with F's one being blocked by David's substitute, which is amazingly still in one piece. It seems that Orbulon is happy with how the battle is going, but who's getting bored now?

Once again, David starts by firing a Zap Cannon, and this time he strikes true. In fact, F is so shocked by the electric blast that she finds herself unable to move! David mockingly calls for an Encore, but F misinterprets this as a request for more shadow balls, so while the Kadabra follows up with another Psyshock, F can't resist the urge to launch two Shadow Balls. The first obliterates David's substitute and the second hits the real David hard. But now F is looking heavily wounded and David is looking exhausted. It doesn't help that, partly due to David's cheering and partly due to paralysis, the Snorunt failed to please Ashley, prompting her to zap F with a bolt of magical energy from her sceptre. Let's hope whoever is giving the next challenge gives one that's a bit easier.

As David sits there, regaining a bit of energy, F gathers up the energy to create two gigantic blobs of shadow, and flings them straight at David, knocking him off of his balance and sending him flying back!

However, as soon as David can stand up, he fires off a weak beam of psychic energy that hits F right in the face, knocking her out instantly! Looks like SoS has the lead for now, but can he hold onto it for much longer?!

Finally, while Mantis plants his hands in the ground for a massive Earthquake certain to decimate D2, D2 jumps up and delivers a fist of flames straight into Mantis' head, sending him flying back, fainted!
