Description:
Arena has 2 levels, lower and upper.
Lower-level has a limited ceiling
Higher-level has ruined pillars to hide behind.
Pokemon on different levels may not attack each other.
A pokemon that uses a digging move falls through the ground on that level.
A pokemon that falls below the lower level is KOed.

Each round has a 50% chance of having a Dialga, Palkia, or Cresselia appear. Each one is equally likely, and will stay for 2 rounds. They will execute one action on their list every other action.

Dialga will do one of the following, at random:
Cause Trick Room
Unleash a Hyper Beam on a random pokemon. A hole opens up in the bottom of that level
Unleash a Roar of Time on all pokemon on the upper level
Uses Mega Kick on a random pokemon on the upper level

Palkia will do one of the following, at random:
Cause Gravity
Unleash a Hyper Beam on all pokemon at a random level. A hole opens up in the bottom of that level.
Unleash a Spacial Rand on a random pokemon.
Uses Spacial Rend to cause all attacks to miss (for one action)

Cresselia will do one of the following, at random:
Attack a random pokemon with psycho cut
Attack all pokemon at a random level with psycho cut
Use psychic to open up a whole in the ground, enabling non-contact special moves to hit pokemon on other levels.
Use Magic Room
Use Wonder Room

Uxie, Mespirit, and Azelf will be watching the battle.

If any of the legendary pokemon are attacked, the ref will command that pokemon to attack the pokemon that attacked it with the most effective moves it knows. Any move may be used.

Every 3 rounds, any arena damage is repaired.

Pikachu, Lucario (but not mega-Lucario), Jigglypuff, Squirlte, Ivysaur, and Charizard (but not any of its Mega-forms) have all of their stats boosted by one rank (except speed).


I'm going to add some additional codification to the arena. Both combatants start on the top level, and every mon gets these additional commands.

I think I may have kind-of counter-teamed someone for once! Anyways, I choose Terrordactyl the Aerodactyl. Item should be an Exp. Share.
 
I may have the disadvantage but I've seen worse, granted I didn't survive either time... (Cinccino vs Gengar in a 1v1 or Metapod vs Absol in a 1v1).

Anyway let's lead with Stocke, I can see some RP commands becoming useful this match...

Cinccino w/ Amulet Coin
Thunder Wave ~ Rock Blast ~ Aqua Tail
If Terrordactyl Moves to the Bottom Level, Dig above Terrordactyl* Once and Push Back
(2 subs, single reaction) If Terrordactyl uses Fly or Protect, use Pound the first instance Mud Slap the second and Pound the third. Push Back.


*this is an RP Command, so it's effectiveness is at the discretion of the referee. The intent is for Stocke to use Dig to go down to the lower level, colliding with Terrordactyl in the process to inflict regular damage with dig while bypassing Terrordactyl's immunity to Dig due to the strike coming from above rather than below.

Yeah, the dig command should work imo (except that the sub won't activate due to Aerodactyl staying on top). It would be using dig at priority 0 as an attack and bypassing the flying-type immunity because being in the air won't help handle an attack from above. I don't think it would have good accuracy, though, because you can't see through ground.

I think that the commands should be to move to the level below or above the user.

If Cinnccino uses a successful p/e move, Tailwind the first time and Roost the second.
If Cinnccino uses Thunder Wave, Fly(no delay) and push back.
 
Butterfree do have 900 hp, it's always been like that... But I suppose to make the battle fair we can tone it down a bit.

Pursuit is such an interesting move in ASB, I love when I get the chance to use it. I also love that you made a sub for A2 when I don't have a Fighting move I could use that round...

Actually, if you moved down a1 or a2, Aerodactyl would move down a2, and then would Roost a3, where you could use a fight-type move.

I need some new moves to use on Sluggish Turns, of course that was always the plan

Yawn ~ Hammer Arm ~ Fury Swipes
If Lucario is under the effects of a Successful P/E moves, replace that action with Scratch
If Lucario moves to the bottom level, follow it replacing the current action
 
RP Command Roar to not hear the yawn-Counter-Drain Punch
If Slaking's Hammer Arm misses, replace a2 with Aura Sphere and a3 with Focus Blast.
If the above was illegal and Slaking's Hammer Arm misses, replace a2 with Roar and a3 with Focus Blast.
If my RP command was illegal (Roaring too loudly to hear Slaking yawn, thereby making it ineffective), then replace that action with Protect.

And so I see if giving Timid (why did I choose that nature?) non-mega Lucario 110/4/4/5/4/104 stats makes it too powerful.
