^ that is what i was talking about earlier, I think if we really need to do something with splash, we should go that route

I think some of the wording in Eternal Drifter's Splash could use a little tidying (for example, seismic moves over Ground moves) but of all the evasive Splashes that have been suggested, I like that one the most.
