Yeah, what yoshi! said. That and the fact that this is basically chaos' / Skarms Stall Team from ADV, with slight alterations. Claydol was used over Donphan.
 
Could someone post the original team then?
I used Donphan because it hit Dusclops some harder on the switch, but it gets hurt by Spikes itself... Also, Ice Beam is useful for mence.

I put the Sp. Atk. EV's into Def, since it'll take hits from Hera, Gross, Gyarados and maybe Salamence better if needed.

Not sure about the EV's. Is it important to OHKO Mence using this team?

Kinda would like to see Toxic somewhere, even with burn and paralysis already present on the team.

Sleep Talk on that Zapdos is silly with only Thunderbolt as the desirable move for it to pick usually. You can just as easily put up a Light Screen and then Rest, so then Sleep Talk choosing Light Screen or Rest is a waste.

If you love Sleep Talk Zapdos, put Toxic or a HP on it over Light Screen (Claydol could get Light Screen). Or ditch Sleep Talk to fit Toxic on Zapdos while keeping Light Screen. I use a Zap like that. Screw Sleep Talk. You have a cleric.

I would put Toxic over Sleep Talk on Zapdos.
I would put Reflect or Rest on Claydol and give it enough Sp. Att to off Sala.

The old stall team had Rest on everything but Blissey, so having Rest on Dusclops too is worth a mention.

One comment on using Toxic on Zappy though... The common switchins on Zapdos are Celebi, Blissey and Snorlax. Two of these have Natural Cure and the other one may have Immunity. It may only be useful for Dusclops and other Zapdos maybe. Yes I keep Light Screen to make it some easier for Skarmory in early game.

I don't get what you say in your first sentence, Lil-P, I don't have Ice Beam on Blissey, so why would I use Sp. Atk EV's? Outstalling Zapdos is not a big deal for me since I can keep switching between Zappy and Blissey when there's a Light Screen up.

The biggest problem of the team is the CM Celebi - Zapdos combination, since my phazers are all susceptible to Zappy. That is why I considered Roar on my own Zappy as well, over Toxic.
