Font commands don't work on Smogon, so please remove them and actually make your post legible. And your EV calculations are incorrect; if you'd actually played any matches online then this would have been apparent when building the team.

Also, if you're running a Steel Monotype team, then running Heatran is highly advised since it's an immediate answer to Fire types. Skarmory is also great since with Brave Bird and its great physical defense it can deal with most Fighting types, whilst also walling a lot of Ground types. You could probably slot them over Empoleon and Steelix, respectively.
