In my mind, huh? That's not creepy at all. At least I know what happened if I get a killer headache. Well, let's check out the rules.

The Ref's Mind: The mind is a powerful thing, so its time we used it to maximize the opportunity to have interesting battles! The battlers have somehow found themselves inside the creativity center of the referee, and they are at his mercy! the ref can make anything happen, and controls all aspects! from the arena setting to the accuracy of moves to the color of the pokemon! for example, the first round might be in an volcano, and if a player uses a bug type move twice his opponent will lose 10 energy! the match can be as simple or as intense as the ref wishes. Battlers have fun coping and adapting to what the refs throw at you!

Each hit in a multi-hit move is boosted by one (1) damage, and the Energy Cost for mutli-hit attacks is increased by two (2).

Now, let's see what's up in my brain right now:

It's a brain, just mushy thing that can produce what you want, so no move restrictions. However, if one pokemon deals more than 15 damage in one action, I will smack the side of my head in pain (possibly repeatedly if need be), causing everyone one to topple to one side and take a flat 10 damage per smack. Damage is dealt at the end of each action.

Round 1 - Kill me now...

Syclar starts off by Protecting itself. Good timing, as it gets hit by a Low Sweep from Sneasel and a Blast of Fire from Chimchar. Looking to help out it's ally, Snorunt lets out an Icy Wind that slows down both Sneasel and Chimchar.

Syclar rushes foward Brick Breaking Sneasel as revenge. Sneasel isn't too happy about this, Screeching insults at Syclar. Snorunt, meanwhile uses mental powers to Disable Chimchar from Blasting Fire. Chimchar revs up, turning into a Wheel of Fire. Ow! *smacks head twice* Stupid headache...

Syclar, seeing how well his attack went before, uses a Mega Brick Break on Sneasel, who topples backward, defeated. Snorunt following its ally's lead, uses a Mega Headbutt on Chimchar. Chimchar, determined to get rid of one of its enemies, tries to Blast them with Fire, but forgets it was Disabled. Whoops. Shoot! *smacks head twice again* Why in the world did the committee authorize this? This is so painful! Think of something calm, think of something peaceful...
