Well there are still several uncompleted matches, but I have already extended the deadline twice, so it's time to move on!
Before I post the pairings, I need to announce the new bannings for this round. As you should know, two pokemon are globally struck out each round: the one which was struck out the most last round, and the one which was used the most in the last round. I'm sure that many people will not be surprised to learn that Deoxys-E was the most struck out pokemon and is therefore banned for the duration of this tournament. The usage strikeout is a little bit more surprising, but by a decent margin the most used pokemon was Celebi, so Celebi was the most used pokemon and is therefore banned for the duration of this tournament.
Here are the full statistics from the last round. People who advanced via activity/coin flip, or who were involved in a match in which one player was banned for using Garchomp were not included in the statistics, except for counting what was struck out. "Wins" and "Losses" refers to how many times a person who struck out that pokemon won. Not all matches were completed, two matches were decided by disqualification, and I did not get the logs for two matches, so the numbers do no add up as you would expect.
Next is the pokemon usage statistics. "Unique Wins" is how many wins that pokemon got from battling against another team which did not include that pokemon. So if two people used the same pokemon against each other, the total number of unique wins and losses would not add up to the total number of usages.
The only uncompleted matches being moved through are the two involving late subs. Everyone else had more than enough time to get their matches done, and advancements were made either by activity or coin flip. As before, the names of those players who have sent me a strikeout PM will be underlined. Without further adieu...
The deadline for this round is 12:00 midnight (PST) on September 10. This should be ample time to send strikeouts and set up your matches. Remember to save your battle logs and send them to both me and Junior!

Here are a few reminders and clarifications regarding the rules:
- You can use the pokemon your opponent struck out from you last round. This round your opponent will strikeout a pokemon from you, just like in the first round. It is possible that you will be be unable to use the same pokemon as last round.
- If you strike a pokemon out from your opponent, you are still allowed to use that pokemon.
- Garchomp is still banned.
- Deoxys-E and Celebi are now also banned.
- You will not receive a strikeout PM directly from your opponent. All players should send their strikeout PMs to me, and once I have received them from both players, then they will be forwarded.
- Please send your strikeouts as soon as you can. Your opponent cannot build their team without knowing what that can and cannot use.
- To make it incredibly clear, each player will not be able to use four pokemon this round: Garchomp, Deocys-E, Celebi, and one of the opponent's choice.
