I'd consider posting some of those impressive damage calcs for the Specs set when you do the main writeup.

QC APPROVED 3/3

I'm not really sure why the case is so open and shut on Sludge Wave vs. Sludge bomb. I didn't see any convincing arguments for Sludge Wave and MK's point that it doesn't get any extra KOes was just sort of dismissed with a wave of the hand. The only real argument for why a ~5.5% damage increase is worth being 1/3rd as likely to poison was that "you might be running other status moves". The increase in damage from Poisoning is always at least 14.3% (becuase if it was less it means your attack and subsequent poisoning KOed) and most of the time it will be much more. Considering that sludge bomb gets the KOes it needs to anyway, it's only going to matter when you aren't hitting the right target - in which case the poisoning is going to be much more important relative to the base damage (especially if it was a ground-type). Every analysis on site that I've seen recommends Sludge Bomb over Sludge Wave, with the only exception being Sheer Force Nidoking for obvious reasons.

Dont look at it as a 20% difference - the difference is a factor of 3. Sludge Bomb is 3 times as likely to poison.

Don't look at it as "damage vs status". The status adds to your damage considerably in addition to becoming a passive damage effect.

<p><remove space> Ever since its introduction, Stunfisk has been made fun of for its design, it has been called a joke, a failure, and one of the worst things Gamefreak has ever made. Stunfisk has been labeled as a joke, failure, and one of the worst Pokemon Gamefreak had ever designed since its introduction. However, When you look closer at the electric flounder, you will see that this "joke" has potential. With excellent defensive stats of 109 HP / 84 Def / 99 SpD, Stunfisk can tanks hits with ease. Being able to go toe-to-toe with some of the most common RU Pokemon and win due to a its unique typing in Electric/Ground typing, which is unique both offensively and defensively. Stunfisk seems like the perfect defensive Pokemon, but Stunfisk also has flaws. While Stunfisk may seem like the perfect defensive Pokemon, it is not without its flaws. Its Electric/Ground typing, while giving it a Stealth Rock resistance and a useful resistance to Flying-Type moves. It also gives it weaknesses to Ice-, Water-, Ground-, and Grass-type moves, all of which are common. While Stunfisk's Electric/Ground typing gives it the useful Stealth Rock and Flying-type resistances, it also gives Stunfisk weaknesses to common types such as Ice-, Water-, Ground-, and Grass-, which is often the key to its downfall. Which is often the key to its downfall, if you play your cards right though, Stunfisk will be no joke. However, Stunfisk will be no pushover if you play your cards right. [add <p>]

[SET COMMENTS]

<p><remove space> This is arguably Stunfisk's best set<remove comma>,<add period>. [capital w]ith 109 / 84 / 99 defenses, Stunfisk can abuse a RestTalk set with ease. It is also notable that this is essentially the best Honchkrow counter in the game. Resisting Brave Bird and not being 2HKOED by Sucker punch or Hidden Power. It is worth noting that this is the best Honchkrow counter in the game, resisting Brave Bird, while not being 2HKOed by Sucker Punch or Hidden Power. Discharge is the main move for its 30% paralysis rate, but Thunderbolt can also be used if you need the extra oomph to your attacks. Scald is there for the high burn rate, and the hit on Ground-types such as Claydol and Gligar<remove period>.<add comma>,[lower case W]hile Earth Power can be used for its decent coverage and power. Either way, this set is walled by Grass-types. RestTalk is the crux of this set, giving Stunfisk the closest thing to reliable recovery it has. While asleep, it can still fire off Scalds and Discharges, which can be a lifesaver on occasion. The EVs allow for balanced maximum defenses, taking the physical attacks it has to take, while also taking special hits well. The EVs give Stunfisk the best overall defenses, while allowing it to reliably take hits from both sides of the offensive spectrum. The EVs can be adjusted to take certain attacks better<remove comma>,<add period>. [capital f]or example, specially defensive Stunfisk can tank a neutral natured Porygon-Z Choice Specs Tri Attack.</p>

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

<p><remove space> If you don't like the idea of RestTalk, Pain Split is an option for recovery while also draining away the opponents health. For those that do not opt to use RestTalk for recovery, Pain Split serves as an alternative method of recovery, while also being to drain the opposing Pokemon's HP. It also frees up a moveslot, which can be used for a status move such as yawn or toxic, or Scald/Earth Power. Using Pain Split frees up a moveslot that can be used for status moves such as Toxic and Yawn, or offensive moves such as Earth Power and Scald. Stunfisk likes [lower case S]upport from Pokemon that resist its [lower case W]eaknesses as teammates<remove comma>,<add period>. Pokemon with abilities such as Water Absorb and Sap Sipper work amazingly well with Stunfisk because they benefit from Stunfisk's weaknesses. Pokemon such as Sawsbuck, Bouffalant, [lower case A]nd Poliwrath are all excellent abusers of these abilities. Even if running Restalk, Toxic is still an option to stall out opponents Toxic is also an option on RestTalk sets to help in stalling the opponent.[add <p>]

[SET COMMENTS]

<p><remove space> Despite having only base 81 Special Attack, Stunfisk makes a great user of Choice Specs,The listed moves give excellent neutral and super effective coverage, and hit surprisingly hard. Stunfisk makes an excellent user of Choice Specs due to its exceptional neutral and super effective type coverage, and the fact that it packs a surprising punch. This Stunfisk also makes an excellent lure to things such as Claydol and Gligar trying to switch in on Thunderbolt, only to get hit by Surf. With this set, Stunfisk lures in common switch-ins such as Claydol and Gligar, and hits them hard with Surf. Likewise for Grass-types, who usually wall Stunfisk, switch in only to get hit by Sludge Bomb or Hidden Power Fire. In addition, Stunfisk can employ moves such as Hidden Power Fire and Sludge to nail the Grass- types that usually wall it. This set is an excellent [lower case W]allbreaker, 2HKOing most walls with entry hazard support. Don<add apostraphe>t worry about Stunfisk's bulk as it is is still imposing even without full defensive investment, and it can still tank a hit if needed still tank the necessary attacks without the full defensive investment. Hidden Power Ice can be used to hit Pokemon such as Altaria and Torterra, but its use use limited because a neutral Thunderbolt is stronger than a super effective Hidden Power its use is limited as it's less powerful than a neutral Thunderbolt.</p>

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

<p><remove space> Stunfisk can use a Life Orb to be able to switch moves, but Stunfisk loses its precious bulk along with the power to 2HKO certain walls such as [lower case P]hysically [lower case D]efensive Ferroseed and Uxie. Expert belt is the same way, it loses power on threats it can<add apostraphe>t hit super effectively. Once again, Stunfisk works well with Pokemon that resist its weaknesses, or have abilities such as Water Absorb and Sap Sipper. Discharge can be used over Thunderbolt for the paralysis rate, allowing it to outspeed something, but on a Choice Specs set, the power of Thunderbolt is preferred. Here are some some damage calculations of common walls vs Stunfisk:</p>

<ul class="damage_calculation">
<li>Stunfisk Thunderbolt vs max/max Slowking 64.47% - 76.14% (2HKO)</li>

<li>Stunfisk Surf vs max/min Gligar 70.66% - 83.23% (2HKO)</li>

<li>Stunfisk Thunderbolt vs max/min Uxie 41.81% - 49.44% (Chance of 2HKO after Stealth Rock)</li>

<li>Stunfisk Sludge Bomb vs max/min Tangrowth 100.99% - 119.31% (OHKO)</li>

<li>Stunfisk Earth Power vs max/min Ferroseed 46.23% - 54.45% (2HKO)</li>

<li>Stunfisk Earth Power vs 252/160 Steelix 114.12% - 134.46% (OHKO)</li>

[Other options]

<p><remove space> Stunfisk can pull off a Curse set, [lower case B]ut is sorely outclassed by things such as Muk. Substitute can be used to protect Stunfisk from [lower case S]tatus and [lower case S]tronger attacks, but with its low speed<add comma> it will probably been hit by the time the Substitute is set up have taken damage by the time Substitute is set up. Thunder Wave can be used to paralyze something, but Stunfisk is usually better off using Discharge with its 30% paralysis rate. Yawn can be used to put something to sleep, but it is unreliable.</p>

[Checks and counters]

<p><remove space> Grass<add hyphen>- types can easily take anything outside of a Sludge Bomb or Hidden Power Fire, and [lower case H]eavily [lower case D]ent the Flounder with a Power [capital w]hip or Giga Drain. Bulky Pokemon with access to recovery give the defensive set trouble, as because uninvested Stunfisk has a somewhat low damage output minimum Special Attack Stunfisk dishes out very little damage. Munchlax [lower case W]alls both variants of Stunfisk, but it can<add apostraphe>t do much else other than PP stall. Quagsire can [lower case S]witch in on a Thunderbolt and take an uninvested Earth Power or Scald, [lower case B]ut struggles against the Choice Specs set.
Hail and Ice<add hyphen>- types in [lower case G]eneral give Stunfisk a lot of trouble, negating its Leftovers recovery, and [lower case F]reezing it to death with well placed Blizzards. The defensive Stunfisk set is easy set up bait for Pokemon such as SubCM Uxie and Gallade. Even though Stunfisk is very bulky, [lower case S]trong attacks such as Bouffalant's Head Charge will still dent it hurt.</p>

@ MegaManX, you're only supposed to fix awkward prose, or change something from passive voice to active voice. You're not supposed to rewrite the entire analysis in your own words. While most of the rewordings are fine, a number of them are questionable at best. MoltenKyurem, if you don't feel like it, don't bother implementing those changes.

Stunfisk likes teammates that resist its(space)weaknesses; Pokemon with abilities, (comma) such as Water Absorb and Sap Sipper(comma) work amazingly well with Stunfisk because they benefit from Stunfisk's weaknesses. [SET COMMENTS]

<p>Despite having only base 81 Special Attack, Stunfisk makes a great user of Choice Specs. The listed moves give excellent neutral and super effective coverage, and all hit surprisingly hard. This Stunfisk also makes an excellent lure to walls, such as Claydol and Gligar,(space)who try to switch in on Thunderbolt, only to get hit by Surf. Likewise, Grass-types,(space)which usually wall Stunfisk, switch in only to get hit by Sludge Bomb or Hidden Power Fire. This set is an excellent Wwallbreaker,(space)as it 2HKOes most walls with hazard support. Dont worry about Stunfisk's bulk as it is is still an imposing defender even without full defensive investment, and it can still tank a hit if necessary. Hidden Power Ice can be used to hit Pokemon such as Altaria and Torterra, but its use(space)is limited because a neutral Thunderbolt is stronger than a super effective Hidden Power.</p>

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

<p>Stunfisk can use a Life Orb to be able to switch moves, but Stunfisk loses its precious bulk along with the power to 2HKO certain walls, such as Physically Defensive Ferroseed and Uxie. Expert belt is in a similar vein, as Stunfisk loses power against threats it can't hit super effectively. Once again, Stunfisk works well with Pokemon that resist its weaknesses,(space)namely Pokemon who have abilities such as like Water Absorb and Sap Sipper. Discharge can be used over Thunderbolt for the paralysis rate, allowing it Stunfisk to potentially paralyze and outspeed something, but on a Specs set, the power of Thunderbolt is preferred. Here are some some damage calculations of Stunfisk vs common walls:</p>

<ul class="damage_calculation">
<li>Stunfisk Thunderbolt vs max/max Slowking 64.47% - 76.14% (2HKO)</li>

<li>Stunfisk Surf vs max/min Gligar 70.66% - 83.23% (2HKO)</li>

<li>Stunfisk Thunderbolt vs max/min Uxie 41.81% - 49.44% (Chance of 2HKO after Stealth Rock)</li>

<li>Stunfisk Sludge Bomb vs max/min Tangrowth 100.99% - 119.31% (OHKO)</li>

<li>Stunfisk Earth Power vs max/min Ferroseed 46.23% - 54.45% (2HKO)</li>

<li>Stunfisk Earth Power vs 252/160 Steelix 114.12% - 134.46% (OHKO)</li>
</ul>

[Other options]

<p> Stunfisk can pull off a Curse set,(space)but it is sorely outclassed by some Pokemon, such as Muk. Substitute can be used to protect Stunfisk from(space)status and(space)stronger attacks, but due to with its low speed, it will probably have been hit by the time it sets up a Substitute. Thunder Wave can be used to paralyze something, but Stunfisk is usually better off using Discharge due to with its 30% paralysis rate. Yawn can be used to put something to sleep, but it is unreliable.</p>

[Checks and counters]

<p> Grass types can easily take anything outside of a Sludge Bomb and(space)heavily dent the Fflounder with a Power(space)Whip or Giga Drain. Bulky Pokemon with a reliable recovery move give the defensive set trouble because an uninvested Stunfisk has a somewhat low damage output. Munchlax walls both varients of Stunfisk, but it can'(apostrophe)t do much else to Stunfisk besides PP stall. Quagsire can Sswitch in on a Thunderbolt and take an uninvested Earth Power or Scald,(space)but it struggles against the Choice Specs set. Hail, (comma) teams and Ice-(hyphen)types in general, give Stunfisk a lot of trouble, as Hhail negates its Leftovers and Ice-types can freeze it to death with well-(hyphen)placed Blizzards, (comma) or outright KO it with powerful Ice-type attacks. Stunfisk is a Ground-type, so Ice-types do not have to rely on lucky freezes to defeat it The defensive Stunfisk set is easy set up bait for Pokemon, (comma) such as SubCM Uxie and Gallade. Even though Stunfisk is very bulky, strong attacks, (comma) such as Bouffalant's Head Charge will still dent it.</p>

[Dream World]

<p>Stunfisk's hidden ability is Sand Veil, which, while useful in the higher tiers, is useless because there is sadly no sandstorm to abuse in RU, thus making Static the better option.</p>

[Overview]

<p> Ever since its introduction, Stunfisk has been made fun of for its design; it has been called a joke, a failure, and one of the worst things Gamefreak has ever made. However, when you look more closely at the electric flounder, you will see that this "joke" actually has potential. With excellent defensive stats of 109 / 84 / 99, Stunfisk can tank hits with ease. With a unique Electric / Ground typing, Stunfisk is able to go toe-to-toe with some of the most common RU Pokemon. Stunfisk seems like the perfect defensive Pokemon, but(space)it does have its flaws. Its Electric/Ground typing, while giving it a useful resistance to Stealth Rock and Flying-Type moves, also gives it weaknesses to common Ice-, Water-, Ground-, and Grass-type moves. If you play your cards right though, Stunfisk is no joke.

<p>This is arguably Stunfisk's best set, as with 109 / 84 / 99 defenses, Stunfisk can easily abuse a decent RestTalk Restalk set with ease. Ok I worked on that for 2 hours.......

MK, please make every change exactly, and implement them carefully. There were some things you failed to implement from the previous checks, making me redo some of those changes. Also, NWO and ShakeItUp, I'm a little disappointed tbh, you guys both missed many further grammatical errors. Try to be more thorough!

anyways,
