I counted up the votes earlier (was waiting for a council/mod post) and got similar results, the only differences being moves (you added to move that got 2 votes instead of only the 3 and 4 vote ones, and I might've counted Antigravity wrong), abilities (either I missed an Unburden vote or you added one) and type changes (you editted in the Samurott vote after I counted, and I'm guessing you replaced Musharna with it), so you're right.

First thoughs about the mons with new typings:
-Finally we have good non dark-weak tr setters at OU (cresselia and musharna).
-I gonna enjoy using Fighting/Water Samurott at USUM Low tiers with acces too both sacred sword and Knight's Blade
-Blissey now has reasons to be used over Chansey due to its new typing.
-Absol-Mega can be a better choice for a mega at UU thanks to its great offensive typing and it could have some succes at OU.
-Torterra is less shitty with its new typing.
For moves discussion and distribution:
-Rinse Off:I would really like to see this on water bulky mons that hates not having recovery options like blastoise, suicune or tentacruel.
-Fairy Charge: I agree with the current list
-Acid Melt: Dragalge MUST have this.
-Swampland: The grass and the Water monkeys MUST have it.
