Round 12: On the Home Stretch!

Welcome back folks! After some discrepancy in the reffing, we found that Son of Shadoo was put into a dire situation by Machamp, and now faces almost certain defeat. Can he do enough damage to let Dusknoir finish this off?

Well, Arghonaut tries to extend his life expectancy by using a Punch that Drains the Machamp's life. However, Machamp expected this, and Countered with a much more powerful attack. Arghonaut's barely hanging on now.

Arghonaut then tries the same thing again in order to try and not die this round. Unfortunately, this did not succeed and Machamp managed to knock him out with another Counter.

This is a close match folks. Son of Shadoo is in dire straits, but I feel that he did enough damage that Dusknoir, who counters Machamp quite well, can pull off a victory if he's smart about this. How will this end? Stay tuned to find out!

Round 13: Desperate Struggle

Welcome back folks! Last round we witnessed Machamp finishing off Arghonaut and putting SoS in a rather bad position. However, SoS now has a type advantage. Who will win?

Well, Machamp starts off the round by using a Double Team to make clones of himself. This could be problematic for Dusknoir. Undeterred, Dusknoir uses some weird psychic energy to put a purple aura around Machamp preventing him from using several of his moves.

Because of this Imprison, Machamp Paybacks Dusknoir for that move. But due to moving first, it did rather pitiful damage. Dusknoir in the meantime tries to recover energy by Chilling out.

Machamp, not really knowing what else to do, uses another Payback, while Dusknoir destroys the clones with a well placed Earthquake attack. That's going to deflate Machamp's ambitions.

As we wrap up this round, both pokemon are struggling for energy. Clearly SoS got the upper hand this round, but he's going to need a plan if he wants to defeat Machamp before the end. This is an intense match folks, and you don't want to miss the exciting conclusion, so stay tuned!

Round 14: At an end of things.

Welcome back folks! Last round we witnessed Machamp basically destroying Dusknoir, leaving it with very few options. Can Dusknoir pull off a comeback? Only one way to find out!

Machamp starts out the round with a very powerful strike by hardening his hands to the hardness of stone. That Stone Edge did a decent amount of damage to Dusknoir, but his famous defensive stats are making life difficult. Dusknoir however sees a light at the end of the tunnel, and decides to Chill out to prepare for it.

To prevent this from happening, Machamp tries to finish off Dusknoir with a very fast string of punches. Despite the Bullet Punches though, Machamp barely misses destroying Dusknoir. Using the last of his strength, Dusknoir does a strange incantation that Splits the Pain between the two pokemon. It seems Dusknoir has pulled off a comeback after al---wait, what's this? He's run completely out of energy from that Pain Split, so Machamp wins!

And with that Team Jassmashpwn is off the Round 2. Can they hope to win against the mysterious Order's Requiem? Find out when the next round starts! This has been Maxim, and I'm signing out!

Um...no. You can't EN KO yourself with Pain Split, according to the DAT, so smashlloyd has not won yet.
