Lenneth decided to go through with this battle to increase Iseria's strength. The Vespiquen had yet to battle since evolving and the time for Gym leader applications was fast approaching. Laharl had chosen to go his separate way for the time being, as he had his own training to do...

"Ohoho! I see you can't read very well, referee; Iseria only has one ability to use. Anyways, let's get on with it! Iseria, use your Pressure over our opponent to exhaust him!"

The Vespiquen has an extraordinarily regal attitude about her. She feels her honor and her esteem are the line with each fight, so she gives every battle her all.
The fact that she had been kept in her Poke Ball so long without so much as a single battle means she's ready to take her wrath out on any Pokemon in her way...

OK... sorry, I didn't realize this was up yet

ok, let's do this Ting! Start with your Torrent! let's go with Double Team (3 clones) followed with Toxic and finish with Avalanche

SUB: if Vispqueen attacks you with either Confuse Ray or Toxic, and it's coming towards the real you (not a clone), use Dig to avoid it

"Let's play with him, Iseria! Whip up a Sweet Scent that the real Swampert can't possibly resist. Then, send a nasty Toxic cloud his way, and finish with a Confuse Ray to really wear him out. Ohoho, this one will be so much fun to torture!"

The match starts and Ting immediately begins with trickery, creating illusions to fool his foe. However, the insect queen is too smart and releases a lulling sweet scent into the air. This targets three Swamperts, including the original one! Angered that his attack was foiled, Ting digs underground in order to avoid the two status effects that may have caused some problem, severely tiring him out.

"Spray down you foe with a nasty Toxic, Iseria! If he tries to create Double Teams his first action, create a combo of Sweet Scent and Toxic, a Nectar Trap if you will. If you aren't recharging, follow that with a Confuse Ray. Finish with a Confuse Ray if you didn't use it last turn, or Defend Order, if you did."

Toxic->Confuse Ray->Defend Order
or if Swampert used Double Team the first turn,
Nectar Trap->Cooldown->Confuse Ray

P.S. You do know Swampert has 110 HP and a rank 4 (base) Atk, right?

"an eye for an eye"

Start with Toxic to get even with our foe, Follow up with a Blizzard that will both damage our foe and make the Confuse Ray light not reach us, finish up with a evasive and attacking Dig (we can hit Vispqueen cuz you're a size class 4 Pokemon)

I didn't realize Swampert had 4 Atk and 110 HP

Welcome back to the battle of the walls! How will this stallfest end?

Swampert fights through his confusion in order to regain some energy. Meanwhile, Vespequen makes her assault, taking to the sky and striking with great force.

Swampert yet again overcomes his confusion, this time for good, and hammers his foe with a powerful water attack. The but does not seem phased, however, and sends her army of grubs to do her bidding, damaging the swampert even more.

The round ends with both contestants chilling out. Thrilling.

Swamper attempts to conceal himself in a shroud of clones, but the bug queen is too smart for that and orders her grubs to target the correct swampert, hitting for some damage. Ting is not out for the count, however, as he summons a bat of frozen energy to hinder his opponent. However, Iseriam merely heals off the damage by having her grubs patch up her wounds. The round ends with another swarm attack against the mudfish, while swampert hits hard with another aqua tail. So hard in fact that it results in a critical, putting him back in the game.
