Marcia begins with a Synthesis, calling upon the Sun to heal (+30 HP / -13 EN). Phantom rolls in his sleep, nearly waking up now. Alther spinkles Rosey with some Sleep Powder (-6 EN)... but Rosey's Grass typing nullifies the powder! Tempest Chills (+12 EN) as Silas flings a Leech Seed (-9 EN) at Tempest. It's up to Rosey to get 3 Hits with a Pin Missile (25 Damage / -7 EN). Leech Seed and Poison "Woo"
Tempest begins now with a Extremespeed (11 Damage / -6 EN) to Marcia. Marcia now responds with a Faint Attack (14 Damage / -4 EN) yet again on Phantom, who is most definitely awake and using Ice Punch on Silas (12 Damage / -5 EN). Alther, knowing that Sleep Powder hit, blasts Phantom with a Psychic (15 Damage / -4 EN). Silas now uses this time to make like the exact opposite of my garden and perform a burst of Growth (-4 EN ~ +2 Atk | +2 Sp.Atk). Rosey now gets 4 Hits with a Pin Missile (30 Damage / -11 EN). Leech Seed and Poison!
Tempest: E-Speed, Flamethrower Marcia
Phantom: Ice Punch, Sludge Bomb Exeggcute
Rosey: Pin Missile x2 at Alther, redirecting to Marcia and then finally Silas if the Pokemon are fainted.
And suddenly, quiet. Tempest goes back to basics with a Extremespeed (11 Damage / -10 EN), visibly panting, as Marcia tackles the Serpent with a Double Edge (17 Damage [6 Recoil] / -7 EN). Phantom now slams Alther with a Ice Punch (10 Damage / -9 EN), who responds by sending a Hyponsis (-6 EN) at Rosey, knocking her to sleep for an Action. Silas now gives Tempest a taste of a Power Whip (19 Damage / -7 EN). Rosey is asleep, but is practically awake already. Leech Seed! and Toxic!

Marcia now Wildly Charges into Phantom, coated in electricity (15 Damage [4 Recoil] / -8 EN), as Phantom coats Alther with a Sludge Bomb which, ironically enough, Crits (27 Damage / -6 EN). Tempest now glares at Marcia, and forces all her remaining energy into a Flamethrower, shredding the Grass Type as she herself falls (Plenty of Damage / -Plenty of EN). Silas renews his Light Screen (-8 EN), as Rosey fires a Pin Missile (2 Hits) at the offending bulb (10 Damage / -3 EN). Toxins go YAY!

Bulbasaur. Die. Pin Missle and Ice Punch spam. If the Bulb dies, redirect and shift to Sludge Bomb in Gastly's case. I think the users of the moves is obvious :P
It seems almost inevitable for 1 team to win, but nothing is certain here! Boy 409 leads the attack with a Razor Leaf (6 Damage Phantom / 5 Damage Rosey / -3 EN). Phantom's on the attack with an Ice Punch (12 Damage / -5 EN). Howeever, Silas isn't gonna stop, and scores a 4th KOC with a Power Whip to Phantom (13 Damage / -7 EN). Rosey sends a Pin Missile at Silas, not quite scoring any crits, but 3 shots is acceptable (18 Damage / -7 EN). Toxic "Urk" (-4 HP)

Boy 409 senses Rosey's incoming move with a Me First, and sends a 3 Hit Pin Missile at the Cacti (27 Damage / -4 EN). Silas assists with a Energy Ball (12 Damage / -5 EN). Another 3 Hit (1 Crit) Pin Missile finally sends Silas down (20 Damage / -11 EN), but the follow up Toxins give a painful reminder to Silas's legacy.
Boy 409 sends a Bug Bite at Rosey for a large chunk of damage (20 Damage / -3 EN), as Rosey, obviously in pain, sends a 5 Hit - 2 Crit - Pin Missile at the Sewaddle (23 Damage / -15 EN). The toxins bring Rosey down to the point of near fainting...

gg, Texas! This was a really fun battle (even though I was parentally banned from Smogon for a week shortly before its conclusion >.>). The only issue I'm going to have with Silas is that he can't evolve into Venusaur yet because he hasn't been in a battle as Ivysaur ;.; Looks like somebody's getting Chlorophyll! :D Well played, Texas, and thanks for reffing this monstrosity, Dogfish!
