    K Guys and Gals, Announcement.

    As per agreement with Elevator_Music (see the VMs on my profile for reference), I am taking over the Pike. At least until Lou is back for good to get this back.

    I will rehaul the prizes and start Gold Pike soon enough, but first I need to update the Refs List, since many of them are there, but aren't there. Also, I want active refs, so if you want to be a Pike Ref, shoot me a PM stating why I should pick you and expect my answer. I want active refs that are decent players (mostly active hahah).

    In other words:

    IF YOU ARE ALREADY A PIKE REF AND WANT TO REMAIN THAT WAY: PM me saying that you intend to remain a Pike Ref and will take future challenges.

    IF YOU WANT TO BECOME A PIKE REF: PM me with matches you have played/reffed so I see your skills and how you ref stuff.

    Announcement:

    1) Added New refs: Espyowner and Ullarwarlord. These two will start as Bronze Pike Refs and will move up after enough challenges completed (regardless the result). Still accepting new refs!

    2) Engineer Pikachu and myself will stay as refs. If you were a ref before and still want to be one, PM me!

    3) Prizes were rehauled a bit. Numbers are tentative and up for changing after testing. Also, this will be enforced immediately, also to ongoing battles.

    ANNOUNCEMENT

    I did a small rehaul on Lucy's pokemon. To be more specific Shuckle joins Silver Pike in Gorebyss's place and Gorebyss joins Bronze Pike in Dragonair's place. Dragonair will leave the pike.

    The reasons I did that were:
    - Shuckle is one of the three pokemon used in game (that would be Milotic, Seviper and Shuckle) and also appears on the manga if memory serves me right.
    - Silver Pike Lucy had two water types extremely suscetible to Electric pokemon. I needed to counter that somewhat
    - Silver Pike had no hazards, which is bad considering that Lucy relies a lot on switches.
    - Dragonair wasn't really picking up its slack due to not being FE and missing some crucial moves.
    - I changed Gorebyss's nature and held item simply 'cause spamming Clamp proved to be ineffective from memory and losing defense hade it very fragile. Also, since it got a signature item ever since Pike started, I thought we might as well test it, since Hydration makes it bulky somewhat.


    If need be I will adjust stuff, but I think it should be all for now. I don't think I will change Lucy's team after that.

    This change is effective for all future Challenges.

    Next update will be Gold Pike. Eventually though <_<;.

    Uhhh, why are you changing Pokemon and saying that it is to occur in all ongoing challenges? Players most of the time bring Pokemon to beat Lucy during that challenge. I see no reason to completely screw over some players who have ongoing Pike challenges.

    An item or nature change would be fine, but an entire Pokemon? I'm going to have to speak up about that...
