I'm gonna have to call act (sadly) I contacted my opponent May 21 and I didn't get a response, So I looked for my opponent in PS and found her. We schedule (in pms) for Saturday 9 pm my time(GMT-4) and she didn't showed, and she hasn't contact me to battle another time and deadline is really soon...

act: my opp first had to delay the original scheduled time because he couldn't do it last minute, I've been waiting for a few hours and he's still not on, in a parade tmrw so I have to sleep p early, and huge presentation this week so I'm gonna be pretty pressed for time.
