the dead mans oddysey vs. Ice-eyes!

This is will be a beginner battle with 0 recoveries and a infinite amount of chills (unless a pokemon has regenerator, in which case it's 10 each). All abilities can be used and Items have been disabled. Neither the Challenger nor the Seeker are allowed substitutions. Stagnancy for 2 days will result in DQ. On to the teams!

Ice: can ice synthesize ice and snow into their skin, making them effectively immune to freezing. immune to Hail. under Hail, Blizzard becomes perfectly accurate and capable of bursting through Protect because of the enhanced debris cracking the field.


Ability/s:
Compoundeyes: (Innate) This Pokemon’s complex eyes give it a comprehensive view of the field, making its attack 30% (x1.3) more accurate.

Mountaineer: (Innate) This Pokemon is used to scaling and avoiding rocks. It can avoid damage from Stealth Rock when it switches in, and one Rock-type attack per round

Techinician: (Innate) This Pokemon is more skilled at performing weaker moves, causing any of their attacks that normally deal 6 or below base damage to have their base damage multiplied by 1.5. (e.g. Aerial Ace goes from 6 to 9, Mach Punch goes from 4 to 6, etc.) The Energy Cost for a one-hit or two-hit attack is increased by one (1). Each hit in a multi-hit move is boosted by one (1) damage, and the Energy Cost for mutli-hit attacks is increased by two (2).

Abilities:

Round 1: A fail prof plan, ruined
Finally, I have just finished reffing Dragonboy52 vs Darkaxis and I am about to send out my Aipom Dexter when two more trainers walk in! ggrrr... well more ref counts for me! The dead mans oddysey (how do I shorten that? dead? Oddyses? Oddyses, hope you don't mind.) sends out his brand spanken new Embrich aka. The Burned. Ice-eyes counters easily with his Dragonair Black skull (with no relation to the example in the ref training grounds). Lets blow this Taco Stand!

Dragonair starts off with a Dragon pulse, sending Embrich who is glow with a strange red light into the wall, and by how it looks like that hurt, I would say that was a critical hit, or it would have been thanks to The burned's abilitie Battle Armor! Embirch tries to counter this, but Dragon pulse is a specail move and can't be countered, costing big energy. Black skull furthers its defense by putting up a Light Screen while The burned tries a good old leech seed, but will he ever go on the offensive? Dragonair fires another dragon pulse at Embrich doing more damage. Embrich begins to run circles around Black Skull creating 4 clones of its self. But is it to late to make a come back?

Round 2: Bad luck
Dragonair and Ice-eyes begin this one with a reflect to highten defenses further. Embrich responds with a Bullet seed, but it only hits twice... Dragonair uses twister in order to blow away the clones actully hits the real Embrich, ruining his cover. Embrich doesn't seem to mad though as he grows. Dragonair unleashes another dragon pulse doing tons of damage, embrich counters with a bullet seed that hits 4 times, but light screen completely ruins the good damage.
Leech seed and light screen are both almost out, what will happen next?

Round 4: TIMBER!

The Black skull pulse Embrich into the wall hoping he will stay there, but he doesn't in fact 5 embrichs get up. But Dragonair doesn't seem worried in the least, he just lands a massive surf on them. Embrich breaths on Black skull but Dragonair finally triuphs over embrich with one last Dragon pulse. But after all that does she have enough strength to face the Ice bug?

Round 5: What in the world?!
Scylar the Ice bug has been realized by her trainer oddysey, and her double weakness to fire is instantly attacked by a flamethrower, which scylar strategically protects itself from. The second flamethrower was unable to be protected from causing some major problems by doing in about a third of the bugs health... Dragonair follows all of this up with a Extreme speed and scylar takes full advantage of the damage to do a devastating AVALANCHE! Is Dragonair able to continue if not from her damage then from her energy? YES! and it appears burn is gone! This is getting interesting...

Actually, the OP says all abilities; it's items that are disabled.

Extremespeed --> faint from exhaustion (presumably this makes the round end?)

To speed this up, I'm gonna put in my actions for Bronzor next round as well.

Gyro Ball --> Confuse Ray --> Gyro Ball

Scylar uses its only move that Ice-eyes Bronzor doesn't resist, and to try to get some Confusion going on, but it fails to confuse, or even to do reasonable damage. Bronzor uses a powerful Gyro ball striking a CRRRIITTT!!! There goes another third of scylars HP. Scylar ignores this and focuses its energy, while Reflex uses a confuse ray, lightly confusing scylar who HITS HIMSELF IN HIS CONFUSION! Gyro hits and finishes off scylar with the powerful gyro ball...
