  • A cheap excuse for losing, missing a recovery, being hit by an attack, or any number of unfavorable events in Smash. It is a statement or action that detracts from the validity or quality of a competition (or its implied significance), irrespective of truth.
Are you the kind of person that loves to get battles done as soon as they're posted? Do you hate when your opponent takes 15 days to prepare a team? If so, then this is the tournament for you! This will be a standard OU tournament with one catch: deadlines will be three days max. Players must therefore schedule battles and play immediately after each round is posted, and any johns will result in an activity loss. No one cares if your book report is due in a week or if you're visiting your puppy in Nevada... NO JOHNS ALLOWED!

  • Generation V
  • Single Elimination
  • The banlists for this tournament are the same as for the ladders of the Smogon University server of Pokemon Online.
  • Matches must be conducted on Pokemon Online's simulator.
  • No, absolutely any circumstances, johns.
  • Do not join this tournament unless you visit the forums every day and are extremely active, as shortened deadlines mean activity is crucial.

Participants:

Players will be selected based on a 62.5% first come first serve and 37.5% randomized basis (if required). Sign ups will be open for roughly 48 hours. You are encouraged to put your teams together now while sign-ups are taking place to save time once Round 1 is posted.
