Being the new guy here, I do not want to sound too negative, but I gotta say all 4 pokes of these slate wll be hardly viable. We got an inferior shell smasher/defensive empoleon in steel/water Costa, an inferior Mega Eye/Bisharp in Dark Aura Spiritomb and the dragon dancer with the worst defensive typing who doesnt exactly hit hard outside of stab in DD M-Glailie. Belly Drum Floatzel on the other hand at least has a niche in passing +6 attack that no other poke do. Floatzel needs to be facing a pokemon who is a)slower/no priority b)can not phaze c)deal more than 75% damage to successfully pass belly drum boost. This is obviously isn't easy, but once you do manage to pass to something like D-nite, there's a good chance you will insta-win from there. So my vote goes to Belly Drum Floatzel.
