Paleolithic starts out by blasting Inferno with a Power Gem; the colourful beam slams into the little Litwick, sending it flying backwards! Litwick responds with Minimize, shrinking its body as it cowers before the Rebble's brutal attack.

Rebble follows up with an Earth Power; the light it sends blasting up from the ground smashes into Inferno, who can only respond by further evasion, creating four clones of itself by using Double Team.

Finally, Paleolithic struck out with a Shadow Ball, which struck home; sadly, it only vaporised a false Litwick, giving the real Inferno time to Chill.

Round Two Start!
As the round begins, Inferno the Litwick crouches in a shadowy corner of the arena, clearly worried about his foe. His flame flickers, and, in unison, so do all the flames of his tiny clones. Across from him, Paleolithic the Rebble closes in for the kill, gem flashing red.

Inferno, leaving the shadows, crosses to a sunbeam and extends his wick, absorbing solar energy. Oblivious to the upcoming attack, Paleolithic unleashes a Rock Blast that misses the minimized Litwick! In retaliation, Inferno unleashes a Solar Dazzle! The cunning Litwick has hidden a spooky Confuse Ray in the blinding sunlight of a Solar Beam! Paleolithic staggers from the blow, and seems confused!

As Inferno cools down from his combo, Paleolithic manages to shake off confusion for long enough to unleash a Hyper Gem! The combo, however, merely strikes a clone, which is instantly vaporized!

Sinking to the ground, Paleolithic cools off from that last combo, struggling against confusion. Cautiously, Inferno approaches and unleashes a Toxic gas, badly poisoning the Rebble!

As the round ends, Inferno seems to have gained the upper hand. Will the plucky Litwick be able to triumph against a severe type disadvantage? Will Paleolithic overcome hax? Find out, after this message from our sponsors!

Round Three:
As the round begins, Inferno the Litwick seems a bit more confident. His flame burns brightly as he and his clones dance circles around the confused Rebble, smugly evasive. Paleolithic, on the other hand, has lost some of its prior confidence. With its poison worsening, the Rebble needs to secure a victory, and fast.

Shaking itself out of confusion, Paleolithic fires a Power Gem at the minimized Litwick, but the clone merely dissipates. In retaliation, Inferno blurs with ghostly speed as he creates more Double Team clones. The Rebble sinks visibly, obviously frustrated by the display of evasive technique.

Not noticing that Inferno is again absorbing light, Paleolithic begins his offensive against the new clones with a Ball of Shadows, but, once more, the attack merely destroys a clone. Laughing at his foe's confusion, Inferno slams Paleolithic with a Solarbeam, sending the poisoned Rebble flying!

Both battlers sink back and Chill, preparing themselves for the next round.

Round Five Start!
As round five begins, it's clear that both battlers are exhausted. In one corner, Paleolithic looks miserable, tired of trying to hit the evasive Litwick and frustrated at watching clones evaporate before it's eyes eye. In the other corner, Inferno the Litwick taunts Paleolithic, waltzing about with his clone, smug in his hax. Fighting exhaustion, hax, and a ridiculous RNG, both battlers seem to pull themselves together for the final skirmish.
Paleolithic, wincing from poison, launches a Power Gem and watches in amazement as the attack actually hits Inferno! The Litwick's clone evaporates instantly as the Candle Pokémon is flung away by the strength of the attack! Relighting his flame with difficulty, Inferno Chills before slinking back into the shadows.
Desperate to hit Inferno before he can continue his Double Team tomfoolery, Paleolithic flings himself forward and fires a second Power Gem! The attack also manages to hit the minimized Litwick! Clearly worried about his foe's new streak of luck, Inferno quickly creates four more Double Team clones!
Reaching the limit of endurance, Paleolithic launches a final Power Gem that sails skyward, completely missing Inferno. With a quiet sound like a tiny avalanche, the Rock-type sinks to the ground, KOed by energy exhaustion! Elated by victory, Inferno and his clones dance in jubilation, whirling around the fallen Rebble. However, as Paleolithic is recalled, the clones fall silent one by one. A looming shadow has been cast over them, and, as they turn, they meet the eyes of a furious Hariyama, here to revenge the death of his teammate.

As the round begins, Inferno has reached the end of his endurance, but nevertheless draws himself to his full height (Less than a foot tall) and attempts to stare down his new foe. Only the flicker in his flame betrays his inner anxiety. Unimpressed, Sumo yawns and glances about impatiently, ready to brawl.

Struggling to remain aflame, Inferno digs deep and manages to Endure, bracing himself for the punishment ahead. However, Sumo seems to be struggling to hit the Minimized Litwick, as the brutal Payback misses!

Angered, Sumo roars and Bullet Punches, but the attack merely vaporizes a clone! Eyes glowing blue, Inferno lifts the struggling Hariyama into the air, then slams him into the ground, creating a massive crater! Yikes, what an attack!

Clearly intimidated now, despite the size difference, Sumo Chills quietly in the corner while Inferno cools down.

Inferno, having used the last of his energy in the combo, quietly falls, flame finally extinguishing.
