Abilities:

yes toxic starts at 1. you used it r1, and it does go up the round you use it. that round it did 1 dpa, this one it did 2, and if it mattered this time it'd do three.

i also don't control the hax. I don't like getting haxy numbers, but when it happens, it unfortunately happens.
