If Goat' the Male Ampharos is under the effects of a successful P/E move when you would act, and you do not have a substitute up, then use Sunny Day on the first instance, Substitute(15 HP) on the second instance and push actions back each time.
If Goat' the Male Ampharos is under the effects of safeguard, and you are ordered to use Leech Seed that action, then use Earthquake that action instead.
