So the inactivity last round was horrible. Ideally, it will be better this round because everyone in will have played matches last time. That's the idea anyway. Anyway, I decided that it would be anyone who actually won a match last round because hopefully it will bring some activity and it gives us a nice number, meaning that RNG gives us:
