    Cofagrigus

Cofagrigus was one of the former "kings" of RU, and for good reason. It had great bulk and the ability to spinblock, as well as a very cool ability in Mummy. Along with this came a nice Special Attack and Haze so it isn't set up fodder. Its ace in the hole that allowed it to rule RU though, was OTR Cofagrigus. This thing could use Trick Room+Nasty Plot and great two move coverage to become a great special sweeper, and made it an exceptional spinblocker because it could block and sweep; it could wall some stuff too. It wasn't broken like Cress or Yanmega, but it was a prominent Pokemon and had a pretty strong effect on the metagame during its time, and is definitely worthy of this spot.

This is a pretty tough one for me. Plenty of good choices in the bottom part of this top 10, but only 4 spots. With that being said, here goes:

    Entei

When I look for 6-7-8 Pokemon, I look for a constant effect on the metagame since the very start of RU. Slowking at #6 embodies this, and so does Entei. Ever since the start, Entei has proven to be one of the biggest threats to prepare for in RU. While it has never been broken, it has always been one of THE best offensive Pokemon in the tier. It has a powerful STAB Flare Blitz to wallbreak with. It can utilize ExtremeSpeed to revenge kill countless threats. It has Stone Edge to nail fellow Fire-types such as Moltres. It even has solid utility moves in Sleep Talk, Will-O-Wisp, and Toxic to either act as a better answer to some of the things it checks, or to be able to lure in and cripple Pokemon that it would normally have difficulty with. Mind you, 4 of these 6 moves are usually on a single set, so this gives the user an incredibly flexible offensive Pokemon. It can run Choice Band, Flame Plate, and even Leftovers because of this versatility. All of this adds up to a very respectable threat that has been around since the very beginning of RU and warrants it being #7 imo.

    Cofagrigus

Cofagrigus was a huge part of RU and shaped the metagame more than Entei imo. Entei has always been dealt with easily since almost every team carries a Water-type, and because of how common Slowking has always been. When Cofagrigus was in the meta, it caused a ton of mons to increase in usage and new sets to arise in order to beat it. The best examples I can think of are Mandibuzz, Drapion, and Cryogonal. When Cofagrigus left the tier, all of these mons became much worse and lost viability which really shows how much of an influence Cofagrigus had in RU. It was much bigger than Entei imo.

    Cofagrigus

Started slow in RU but once its nasty room set became known it was a top tier threat until it left the tier that also centralised the tier around its typing and bulk. Notable for being the first major threat to break down TangKing.

    Sharpedo

I could not get into RU when this thing was around. I believe it moved up right before BW2. In Black White 1 it was a beast. We have Cress at #1. Sharpedo could do a lot to Cress with Adamant Crunch. Sharpedo made things like Hitmonchan and Hariyama actually popular. Every single person had to make sure they checked Sharpedo in at least two ways. It was a way to beat any team when in a really tough situation.

    Cofagrigus

Cofagrigus was a pretty powerful Pokemon during its period in the tier during the entirety of BW1 and the very start of BW2, and brought quite a lot to the table. Because of Cofagrigus's great defensive stats, cool niche ability, and decent movepool it was one of the top defensive Pokemon in the tier, and held quite a few stall teams together during its time, but thats not what makes Cofagrigus a titan. The real thing that made Cofagrigus a titan was its ability to be an incredibly effective offensive spinblocker with its OTR set, which could demolish entire teams on its own despite taking two turns to set up fully, a lot of the time Cofagrigus had more than enough bulk to do this, and sometimes it didn't even need to set up fully to sweep because of that bulk and its already decent Special Attack stat. During Cofagrigus's reign in the tier, it was almost essential to carry a dedicated counter to it, and people started to use some previously rare Pokemon such as Drapion, Mandibuzz, and Cryogonal simply to get the upper hand against the coffin. Its pretty easy to see Cofagrigus had an effect on the metagame during its time in the tier,

So, Cofagrigus will be #7 with 6 votes. During his time in ru, it was an awesome spinblocker with its NPTR set, able to set-up easily either Trick Room or Nasty Plot or even in some case both thanks to its incredible bulk and nice typing while being powerful thanks to its quite good special attack. The fact of how Drapion, Cryogonal and Mandibuzz rose in usage when Cofagrigus was popular and how they lost usage when it became uu shows how Cofagrigus had a big impact on the meta.

    Now voting for #8.

    Porygon-Z

PorygoZ was the definition of versatility with power. Nasty Plot, Agility, double dance, Specs, Scarf, Sub+3, the number of set sit could run was ridiculous. It got some flak early for not being the easiest thing to sweep with but people quickly learned that it carried a big stick and a ton of power with it. Being banned in stage 4 was the icing on the cake for Porygon-Z which proved it was too much for RU to handle.

    Entei

Like Slowking, Entei's been one of those top tier Pokemon thats been around since RU's inception, and in every round the beast was available in, it was revered as one of the best physical attackers in the metagame. Choice Band Flare Blitzes from Entei are extremely strong, so strong in fact that pretty much any team needs to carry a resistance to Flare Blitz to work as well as they can because of the sheer threat of Entei (thankfully there isn't a shortage of Flare Blitz resists with Kabutops, Slowking, Omastar, Rhydon, Qwilfish, and more. Outside of just acting like an outright nuke with Flare Blitz, Entei is one of the most annoying Pokemon for offense to deal with late game because of its powerful +2 priority ExtremeSpeed, which lets it pick off frail offensive Pokemon pretty easily and makes it very good at revenge killing and cleaning up. Most Entei throughout the course of RU were banded, however it could run other items to good effect as well such as Leftovers and Flame Plate, the latter of which being really good at bluffing choice, and could even run a somewhat effective Calm Mind set that could give some of its common checks and counters trouble with Lava Plume's burn chance and boosted Hidden Power Grasses. Entei has been consistently one of the best offensive Pokemon in the tier throughout the entire course of RU, and i think that's enough to earn it the #8 spot.

    Entei

Top threat from the start, to put it simply. Entei was never broken, but always one of the best Pokemon in the tier. CB Flare Blitz's power is powerful beyond belief; and it forces many teams to carry a Fire resist; it also has a +2 ExtremeSpeed that hits very hard and threatens offense. It also has great moves in Toxic, Sleep Talk, etc. so it can fill many roles for your team. SubCM Entei is also a really legit set (although easy to give away because standard physical Entei is shiny :O). In addition to what has been said before, Entei is definitely deserving of #8

Basically echoing what Texas said on Porygon-Z, it was a really destructive mon while it was in the tier with few counters, never underestimate the power of a specs adaptability or download Tri Attack x_x.

My vote is going for Sharpedo, definitely deserved top 10, arguable was one of the best cleaners on spikestacking teams and which works very well on any tier not only in RU, as well in UU and OU; with a few checks in RU this thing is totally deadly with hazards support.

    Sharpedo

Speed Boost is just a deadly ability, and Sharpedo took that and made a strong impact on RU during its time. With a decent Speed that gets boosted every turn and good offensive stats (plus good coverage), Sharpedo was one hell of a cleaner that was even suspected once. It could run mixed or physical, and both sets were brutal, Sharpedo being quite the monster with both sets, being one of the faces of spike stacking teams.
